This dealer will waste your time. I received an instant cash offer from them and when I went to the dealership, they would not honor it. They printed out what looked like a word document with kbb.com typed on top of it showing a price 5000 below what their original offer was "because of the market". I don't think the market changes 20% or more in 24 hours. I expect these instant cash offers to differ slightly because dealerships generally don't care what they say, they just want to get people through their door but being off by 5000 compared to what they originally said is outrageous. Complete waste of time.

Super unprofessional. Came here to get an oil changed and they couldn’t even put the car back together correctly. Mind you I bought the vehicle at this location. HUGE SCAM! They will charge you high interest rates they don’t care about how good the credit is they just want ur money. Also at the service location they charge an extra 3% for using credit cards and tap to pay. Stupid dealership.!! Should have never CAME HERE!

Scam!!! Do not come here! They charge high interest and if you come here to get ur car serviced they don’t even put it back together correctly. They were willing to let me drive off with the splash cover hanging from the bottom of the car. Super unprofessional and they do not know what they are doing. Also they charge 3% for using credit cards and tap to pay. Stupid dealership.

I have bought a Ford 350 in the past from Chino Hills Ford and last month I went back to buy a New Bronco, yes my credit was just fair (610/603/622), and Chino Hills Ford said I was only approved for a USED Bronco at very similar price as a new one.
My take is that they were (enhueasados) trying to sell this ugly Yellow Used Bronco, which still they are NOT able to sell as of today, and the Financial Manager came up with a ridiculous price and told me I was ONLY approved for this vehicle..
Next day I went to Hemborg Ford in Norco. Not only did they not have it at their lot but track it out from Santa Clarita Ford since they approved me with the same credit scores and down payment of $20,000 for a Brand New as I wanted.
I'm very disappointed at Chino Hills Ford for their BAD SALES PRACTICE.

Went in to buy a used car, I was pre-approved from my bank but they still insisted on getting my SSN. They wanted to trick me into financing with them, I left without buying the car and told them to delete my SSN, 1 month later I get a letter in the mail from the dealer with the mandatory notice that they ran my credit with my SSN.
A bunch of crooks that will always try to up sell you unnecessary extras (e.g. Catalytic converter etching on an fully electric vehicle ?)

Could not recommend her more and she went out of her way to help me even call ford directly to deal with my warranty and engine troubles. Thank you again so much Amanda for all of your help

Had an unpleasant experience with sales. Was looking to place an order on a Ford mustang gt. When I called I was told there were discounts available and incentives, and was told about low interest rates with great credit of course. I decide to go in person and talk numbers was told there was only 1 discount available but that it’s only for mustangs sitting on the lot. The manager who was assisting me didn’t even bother to ask for my down payment or credit score so I can get an idea of how much the payments including all fees would be, which is what I wanted to know. He was basically saying I couldn’t negotiate on it when it arrived and would just pay full price for it. I felt like I wasn’t taken serious and just disrespected. Keep in mind that I came in my work clothes since I own 2 business and I am constantly busy, which I could see it being a factor of why I wasn’t taken serious. I will be moving forward and ordering my mustang from another dealership who treated me better.
