Came to this home depot to do a Warranty on 2 Milwaukee batteries (keep in mind they’re are literally only place I’ve seen and bought Milwaukee from) so I got there batteries in 21 and the battery date is 211008 and they told me I need a receipt to do a warranty claim, and I told them I don’t have a receipt but on TikTok and from a friend they told me Home Depot allows warranty exchange on any Milwaukee products (since again they’re the only store that carries them) and they told me no, I even showed them date of the batteries so they can see they’re still in the valid warranty point. They told me to register them online, which isn’t even an option. So what do I do? Throw them away? I just wanted a warranty exchange that’s all ? plus who hold a receipt for more than 2-3 years. I’m last time I check most of us humans lose them in a week

We bought a new refrigerator with free delivery and saved over $1,000
I shop at Home Depot all the time and I have a full collection of Ryobi power tools. Home Depot is always my go-to place for repair parts for my house. I am going to get a toilet next and then a jacuzzi tub!

Snobby Home Depot. Employees not willing to help much and stare at you as if you are in the wrong place. Respect them as you will get the most minimum of help and knowledge.

I highly recommended Christina from the appliances dept! She has shown us what a true customer service is. Me and my mom were so impressed! She was very very patient(I wasn’t joking- my mom came back and forth 3 times), knowledgeable, and extremely nice and passionate!
At the end, my mom bought her dream washer & dryer with 100% satisfaction!

Worst customer service in the area. Very un experienced staff working customer service. They would benefit from customer service training. I would rather drive the extra distance to Lowe's or Ace Hardware

They are the worst store of Home Depot their customers are rude. I had ordered Apliances from them and they gave me time bracket between eight and 12 on Wednesday, February 21 and they didn’t show up and they told me they showed up they lied I have my cameras outside to prove it and I called the manager, he didn’t do anything about it, I had to cancel my order and buy my stuff from Lowe’s better service at Lowe’s
