They lied about my storage being ready to move in when I first got my unit and I came with my U-Haul full to have to wait another day to get into my unit so I had to pay for another day for my U-Haul. Been there three months and already a price hike. I have had other storage units and they do increases maybe every 6-8 months but this is horrible service. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.

The place is under new management and I gotta say it's 10 times better than it was before. There is someone actually there during the office hours compared to before there was no one there and it was hard to borrow their moving carts because they were locked away. Great job new Team!

WOW…I will not recommend Prime Storage facility to anyone. Got broken into 3 times. They cut our 2 locks, and took almost everything in our storage except our king size bed…cleaned us out! No cameras to view who cut our locks on the door. Thank goodness we had insurance.
