DON’T GO HERE, THEY’ll RIP YOU OFF!
I went there last week they inspected my car for AC FAILURE, they called me and said it’ll cost me $3500 I was like what sorry I can’t afford it. I took it to other place that my friend referred me. They fixed the AC and it’s blowing cold air and working fine. Guess how much it costed me??? ONLY $400. I can’t believe it. I’ll talk to a lawyer let’s see if I can sue you so I can save other innocent people.

Prompt and professional service. Always make an appointment ahead of time! They did my inspection faster than expected. Lobby waiting area is clean and there is coffee available. Shop sits just north of Sunrise Mall and there's plenty of walking space while you wait. I've been here many times and always had a positive experience. Highly recommended.

They will put your new tires on the wrong axle which is a safety hazard and actually try to argue the point... don't let them make your vehicle unsafe

Although there were mishaps with service done on my vehicle at first, Goodyear responded with great customer service and did a thorough job fixing it. Their willingness to fix the oversight and the sincerity of their staff is commendable. Thank you Goodyear

Tom and the staff were very attentive and addressed everyone as they entered. They apologized for any delays and would get to them as soon as they could. I brought my Honda CRV in for brake inspection and was worried whether they would be trustworthy. Well they inspected my brakes and told me they were in excellent shape. I was relieved after expecting an expensive repair!

First of all learn how to change a tire and by that I mean how to use an impact gun for f sakes. You overtorque the lugnuts way to much. Second of all whats with the two locations closed and no online notice. Wasting alot of peoples time. Poor business practices.

If you’re looking for good customer service this is not the place. They don’t honor their online appointment times. I’ve had nothing but issues the last three times I’ve brought the car in with them making timelines. I’m now finding another location for oil changes.

I've been going here for about two years for my oil changes. Super happy with the service and staff are wonderful. Recently I got a flat tire and felt comfortable visiting Goodyear to see about a repair. Unfortunately it was not repairable and I had to bite the bullet and buy a $400 tire. It had to be special ordered as it was a Saturday and they didn't have it in stock. Monday morning as promised, the tire arrived and they called me to come down for the replacement. I was able to use their counter with outlets for my laptop and work while I waited. It was actually very quick and I was back home less than an hour after I left!
