Terrible customer service. Food was so cold it was inedible. I stopped by the next morning, since no one answered the phone. An employee said he spoke to the manager. I would have to return the next day to get my money back. When I stopped by to see the manager. After I explained everything to him, he said "I dont believe you, you are a liar." He would not give me a refund. This is unacceptable customer service, I recommend going to any other jack in the box, skip this location at all costs.

This place I have had a good experience so far an had no problems if it changes you will get an update go here two times or so a week on an off so stay positive to all in a rush

The sourdough Jack is soooo scrumptious. And the peppermint brownie is very decadent. The service was excellent. Very clean as well. I will definitely return.... Thanks Jack.

I was only one there at time of purchase. Employee was ok-a bit aloof and unengaging. Location was mostly clean, food was good ( hot, fresh ingredients)

First off they had my order all wrong cold fries poor customer service in the drive thru handed me a bunch of burgers that was half right I just feel like they are slow and they food quality at night should be the best considering that what they advertise the most
