Worst customer service reps ever!!! There was a me who answered my call to assist today 2/19/21, would not transfer me to management to assist with my acct! Rude attitude about if he can't help me than manager won't neither and refused to give me his name! If over the phone is this rude imagine in person! I called another branch and got my concern resolved!

The staff do not work with customers, but rather find excuses instead of solutions. Manners are mediocre at best.

Customer service is rude. Especially the middle eastern woman sitting at a desk. It was completely empty when we walked in to open a bank account, she wasn't even gonna ask if we needed help. We approached her saying we wanted to open a bank account and she asked us with an attitude if we had an appointment. As if we weren't allowed to be there if we didn't. She gave us attitude from the beginning for no reason and was very unhelpful. She needs to look for another job if she's that unhappy.

Having just had one of the most unpleasant conversations I've ever had with a US Bank employee, I feel compelled to leave a review. I spoke to Jessica, who introduced herself as a banker in hopes of resolving an issue. She proceeded to lie to me, telling me she cannot verify an account over the phone and told me I needed to come inside the branch and show her my drivers license. Listen, I understand you didn't want to help me for whatever reason but lying to a loyal customer, after I asked to speak to a manager (Alex) twice,Jessica told me to just go ahead and come in and speak to him since he is busy. How RUDE and absolutely unprofessional! Jessica, considering we have a business and personal accounts as well as multiple credit cards that we've had for over a decade with US Bank I am very tempted to change banks. I've never had this issue in the past. Most employees are always nice hence why we bank here. Perhaps this location needs some serious intervention with how their employees speak and treat customers. You DO NOT LIE about banking policies EVER. I will avoid this location at all costs.

If you want extremely bad customer service then first you want to speak to A representative named Chris. I was told by Chris that if you don't like the way we do business then you can take your business to other banks. This is the conversation I had after I spoke to Ashley and asked to speak to the branch manager. That's When Chris decided to get on the line and tell me that they have a process for accepting Money Orders and they only follow this policy and the manager does not have time to speak to me. He was rude, arrogant, and would not listen to a word I was telling him. I thought wow, where was this guy trained in customer service. To be incredibly rude and indicating that they don't care about my business. Then I finally was able to speak to Alex the branch manager, and he was more rude, condescending, and just a jerk to talk with. Then I finally realized who trained Chris. It is true, management dictates the level of customer service and at this location Alex demonstrated that he could care less about your business. This attitude goes down the line to Chris who takes his ques from Alex and neither could care less if you do business with them. Its Funny because my wife deposited the same amount of money, for the same amount from the same person 5 minutes before I did and she has access to the full amount of the money order THE NEXT DAY. I STILL DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO MONEY ORDER FUNDS 3 DAYS LATER. She banks at Chase. I am switching my account to Chase, where you get fantastic customer service and access to funds quickly and efficiently. It's funny too since I am buying a new home and am putting down 400K on a 500K house. But you can be sure I will not be banking at US bank however, I did get my per-approval done in 10 minutes and will receive my new loan from Chase bank. I definitely recommend that you never do business with this Branch at US bank but since Alex was promoted by US bank I guess they just don't care about your business either. Thus, DO NOT USE US BANK, GO TO CHASE BANK WHERE THEY REALLY WANT YOUR BUSINESS AND TAKE GREAT CARE OF YOU.

Convenient drive-through and no complaints here, I usually go to the ATM and it's a quick in and out service. It's conveniently located near Sunrise Mall if you need to get some cash for spending as well!

Great customer service when coming to this location. The wait is usually not that long when going inside they usually have 2 reps at the counter and I have come here during lunchbreak and in the late afternoon. I love that they offer two ATMs a walk up and a drive thru. They also never give me problems when asking for empty coin rolls so I can roll my coins and bring them in, which sometimes I get problems with at another location. Or give me check registers.

I've heard about banking experiences this terrible, but this is the first I've witnessed myself. The bank manager was shouting to customers across the lobby "what are you here for?" "speak up!" even though nothing was stopping him from walking up to politely ask his question. The volume of speech was disturbing to customers already working with bankers. He kept announcing how overwhelmed and busy he was, "I'm multitasking; you'll all just have to wait!". But the thing is, nobody was clamoring for him. Customers were in line patiently waiting. Other customers were reading their phones in the lobby chairs. He seemed only to be declaring his own importance. Then a pair of lovely young women came in and waited behind me in line. They asked me if this was a "credit union type" of bank. I told them I wasn't sure. One of the tellers not working at an open station offered to answer their question. They were having a nice exchange about new accounts and the correct terminology for the different types of financial institutions. All of a sudden this self-important manager rolls up on them like they're committing robbery. It was violent. He shouted "GET AWAY FROM THERE! STEP AWAY RIGHT NOW." I recognized the discrimination instantly (they were black, he was white). Then the manager interrupts 'his' teller mid-sentence and talks about her in 3rd person "she's doing important things for me; she isn't dealing with you. You can tell me what you want." The girls repeat themselves and his response was to "go find a cash checking place or a Golden One". And as he ushers them out (again violently & threateningly) he says, "You ever heard of a smart phone? Use that for directions next time." Jeez! Had he just kept to himself everyone would have walked away happy and U.S. Bank might have earned 2 new customers. Poor girls-- made to feel like criminals for asking a question. Poor me and the other customers left thinking about the realities of institutional racism the rest of the day.

Worst bank experience ever . I was given a fake 100$ bill and when I realized and told them the manager was super rude and mean about it and didn't even try to help me to resolve the problem. They didn't even check the cameras to see that I was right. Long story short I'm out of 100$ that I worked hard for and 2 days of stress and wasting time . I just dont want this to happen to anyone else because obviously they've been doing this to their customer and will happen again to someone else so please just check all the bills couples of times and if your not sure ask to change them . To me it was like they didn't want to help or accept that they had given out fake money. You can't even TRUST the bank anymore . I'll sue them so they cant do this to anyone else . Some one should take action . The manager doesn't deserve that position. He is not responsible or cares about his customers. This is racism and discrimination, if this incident had happened to an older white male the manager would not even question the customer and would happily help with their issue. They think just because young people are less experienced that they don't know the law!? Im so hurt and disappointed . Worst day of my life . No one should be treated like that .

Called in employees aren't knowledgeable. Almost sounded like I was talked to as if I didn't understand the way banks are operated. Since the employee sounded like he was mocking me, I had to let him know that I also work for a bank and understand very clearly about bank policies. Branch manager was out. Assistant manager was no help. Very disappointed with the customer service level. I hope this will get the attention of the district manager.

This is for US Bank in general. The Sunrise branch is no worse than any others. Although the tellers are friendly, we have taken CASH deposits into the bank before 5:00pm and had them not post until the next day. CASH? As a business, you would think they would try to accommodate, but they never do. They also post charges immediately but post all deposits after midnight so fees are possible for items clearing before the deposit. The corporate office has tied the hands of their employees who could possibly help reverse or adjust fees, but they are not able to do so. We are going to a credit union and taking all business with us. I would stay away from US Bank if you don't want to be "fee'd" to death. Credit unions actually pay you each month when you have multiple transactions. US Bank charges $14.95 per month, per account, just for an "analysis" fee. Add that to all of their other fees and they are simply cost prohibitive in comparison.

This usbank always has very professional and positive tellers. Even if the line gets long once it's your turn they're always trying to get what you need done as efficient as possible

I don't recommend this place for everyone in else you want money problems in many ways! They not only illegally closed my bank account and tried to charge me for there mess to had to fight to fight it an egg my bank closed and now I'm trying to get there mess up off my credit! Mind you it's all paid in full and should have never been put on my credit at all as Miss used bank account for there mess up! They need to take it off my credit thing or I'll turn them in with all the info I was given that's it's there mess up and that they had to pay me for there mess up and it's also been turned into there corporate office for it on top it it, no matter what there bs mess up needs to be taken off my credit score number so I can get a new account some where else because this shut is uncalled for an also braking the laws! I don't recommend these bank for anyone because they find any way to try to f you over even if it's illegal! And even if they say they cant take there mess up off your credit score they can! I'm to the point they will take it off my credit score for there mess up or I'll find away to take them to court and they will have more to pay! I don't even like cashing my checks here at this point because of everything they have done to me illegally and they think it's ok to mess up someone credit because of there mess up and everything!

Their customer service is horrible! I recently moved to Seattle, WA. I was attempting to transfer money over from my acct with Golden 1 for a recurring draft and their routing number kept popping up as Invalid. When I called they customer service rep was extremely unhelpful. She didn't offer any other solutions. The quickest way I was going to be able to get the money in the acct would end up being one day late. I politely asked her to notate my acct advising them to not charge any overdraft fees. She said she would be happy to. When I told her about my move to Seattle she never offered or suggested that I update my address, which was the last thing on my mind as I was frantic about trying to get the money into that acct on time. Fast forward to a month later, I have $300 in overdraft fees which I only became aware of 2 days ago. When I called the branch manager to dispute this he told me there was no note on my acct and that he was not willing to aid me and my concerns in any way shape or form and that "it isn't her job to offer or suggest that I update my address". He said I was misinformed from recovery services. He did not apologize, he was rude, and very unconcerned. Do NOT bank with them. When dealing with recovery services for a second time I was told the branch manager misinformed me. We then conducted a three way call between myself, recovery, and the branch manager. He rattled off his reason as to why he "WONT" reverse fees. The recovery rep stepped in and said "so it's his discretion to reverse fees. It's not that he can't but that HES NOT WILLING TO". He then said "I'm hanging up now". Now I'm stuck with a $300 balance I am responsible for paying off. When the my acct would have only been overdrafted for a 24hr period and the money I transferred was in my acct the next day. Call me crazy but I was under the impression banks were supposed to help protect your money...not rob you. If I could give them 0 stars I would! Horrible horrible HORRIBLE customer service.
