“This a great place to get together and have a great time talking and throwing axes at walls. My only suggestion woukd be to get a good food truck out there so you can add food to the great selection of beers.”
“Our experience at the Chalet Event Center was top notch! The owner, Bosue, was amazing to work with and very easy to reach both before and during our event. We used one of the smaller rooms off of the large main room and it was the perfect size for our 36 guests. Once the tables were set with our linens and silverware choices, the room just radiated the 'classy party' vibe that we were going for. Our guests raved about the food and we agreed with them, once we sat down with our food. It was amazing! There were many choices to accommodate varied tastes of our guests. The staff was very well groomed and were very professional. Even the restrooms were nicely appointed. Many guests expressed that they would definitely remember this venue for their own future events. Thank you to Bosue, the chefs and the staff for making our parents' 80th birthday celebration memorable!”
“Our organization had an event recently at The Center and everything went really well. They were very patient and accommodating with some of our last-minute requests. Elisabeth and Rick were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. It was centrally located since we had guests coming from Sacramento all the way to El Dorado Hills. Parking was conveniently located and the built-in stage saved us money as we usually have to have a stage constructed. Sound quality was great and there were many lighting options. Highly recommend”

“Amazing chapel for a wedding, right out of a Hallmark movie! I provided audio for a recent wedding. The in-house sound system worked great. It was very easy for me to plug my equipment into their mixer, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. If you get married, they let you ring the bell!”

Is as easy as sending her some inspo pictures so she can make your vision come to reality. She has great customer service and makes your feel welcome ! Plus the indoor playroom is always clean.”
“Had a great time doing two rooms ('The Lab' and 'Bitten') with a group of friends. 'The Lab' was good fun and we were able to move that one fairly quickly. 'Bitten' proved to be far more challenging. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend for groups of folks who enjoy games/puzzles/mysteries.”

“Always a great place. They have great employees and the supervisor is super kind. Ordered a large thinking it was the one for refills. Spent $100 already and didnt have to say anything he said one time he will understand and refill anyways and next time hopefully he remembers me to recommend the refillable one. “I want to express how happy we all were with the food, venue and outstanding service we received at our son and daughter in laws wedding. It was so beautifully decorated and all our quests and vendors shared with us that the food, was delicious and the customer service was fantastic. It rained the day of the wedding and how they organized the venue to make us feel comfortable was impressive. We felt no inconvenience from the rain. We highly recommend The Pavilion at Haggin Oaks for receptions or any business or family gatherings. They are very professional and so welling to please and it will be a memorable time that will forever be in our hearts.”

“This is a really good venue if you're planning an event. They care about their customers. They are very flexible and would customize the package according to your needs. The banquet director Melanie is AMAZING!!! Her leadership is just incredible. When things didn't go to the right direction as we expected, she took responsibilities and stepped in to get things right. She's not just doing her job right but beyond. I think it's really hard to find an event manager like her who cares as much as she does and genuinely wants the best for the clients. We LOVE her!! She's the gem of this venue!”
“If you don't need fancy frilly and just want something budget friendly and practical, then I highly recommend this place. Super friendly staff that were accommodating and kind. Cute stage area for the DJ, catering counter made meal serving easy, full bar with a good selection of liquor, pool tables, lots of seating, smokers balcony. Wish it was not upstairs but otherwise perfect for my daughter's reception.”

They're organized and clean and have nice kitchens to work in the staff is always on top of everything and keeping everything in order and clean. I definitely recommend this place they don't have staff, but you can also always hire staff from unlimited helping hands.”

I came to see Big Boy today and took a look at Blue Line Arts. They were preparing for tomorrow's members-only event, but I was able to take a look around.The staff were very kind and let me in.It was a sneak preview.
When I see art like this, I feel calm, I'm surprised, I see expressions like this, even ordinary things can come alive depending on the expression, so it's fun.
I was surprised that the inside was larger than I expected.
Actually, I went to see Big Boy in this scorching heat and it was pretty exhausting, so next time I'll take my time and enjoy it.

“I usually get my 25¢ cup of coffee and get occasional $3 lunch here when I get there! Since the CoronaVirus Pandemic started in 2019, the staff had to stop the 25 cent coffee and the dounuts! It's mostly due to keeping all the members healthy and safe from contamination. Can't wait until things get back to somewhat normal again! Greg's retired in 2022 and the Yoga teacher had his April 4, 2022 Birthday (yesterday) some things are getting back to normal, little by little.”
