Came in for a flat tire patch on 11/28/23. Ended up worse off: metal on metal rim damage when taking off the tire, bad placement of the balancing weights, and leaky patch job. The staff handling my repair was extremely inexperienced and I do not recommend any service from them.

AT has great selection and customer service is excellent. I was helped by Rudy and he was very knowledgeable and kind. Their prices are very comparable to Costco etc.

1st time I brought my VW ID4 here, they scratched the black part of 1 rim. That was around February 2023. Today, the kid did a deep scratch on the alloy part. There's even a circular line scratch around the same rim like it's some kind of ring.My ID4 is almost 1 years old. When I got home, my car displayed the tire pressure warning. So I checked all tires and sure enough, each one had a different PSI.I was quoted $22/tire installation. Because I brought my own tires, the guy quoted me over $200 for all 4 tires and even asked me if someone quoted me beforehand and then said they charge different if you bring your own tires. Short and sneaky.Guess I should be surprised when a shop is run by a bunch of kids, so I'll try the VW dealership or a local shop next time.

I asked for and received service in exchanging a tire I had gotten from another America's Tire Store location. The service was very good and the staff was responsive to my request.

My car had a nail in it, my dealership told me they would not be able to patch it so I would have to purchase a new one. A friend told me to come to America's tire because they have different guidelines and so I brought my vehicle in hoping for the best. They said they would take a look at it, and in less than an hour they brought out my vehicle with the tire patched! And it was free!! Thank you guys so much!! Saved me $300 dollars!!

Initial visit:Excellent service team. I think it is better than some of the other local competitors.Followup visit:Could have been better when I expressed my concerns. Overall, the wait time was short.

I got charge for other service I never requested on new tire purchase, drove home half way in the traffic jam and realized my tires pressure are incorrect . Check the picture, it tells everything. I am not happy with their services

I came in after I noticed a screw protruding from one of my truck's tires. As I was exiting my truck, a store rep was already approaching my vehicle (AWESOME service!!) to inquire how he could help me.I explained the screw in the tire, he examined the tire, the rep advised that the screw had not penetrated the tire, he grabbed a special tool and removed the screw. The rep also sprayed a liquid on the tire to confirm that there was no air leaking out. Once confirmed that everything was good to go, the two wished me a good day and I was done Total time, three minutes and the fee for this service-FREE! I did not pay a penny. This is why I have been a loyal customer of this specific location for years. The employees here are ALWAYS very professional, friendly and always provide AWESOME service.THANK YOU !!

Used to trust and came here in the past 6 years for both my cars, not any more though. Today I walked in wanting to get a quick patch since my tire pressure light is on and I spotted a nail on one of my tires. They inspected my car and first of all told me they don’t see the nail. Seriously? Then later on said i have to change my whole set of tires since the treads are worn and it’s not safe for them to patch it anymore. Oh well. Good luck with your business.I went to Costco across the street and the tire center there took care of the nail quickly.

Chris is the man, getting me through the process seamlessly; also above and beyond, with his wealth of knowledge, offering some pointers on other issues may come up down the line. Free tire plug and patch. I've always recommended this place for their price match guarantee, but now i have way more respect for them after learning that they patch anyone's tire for free in order to keep our roads safe !

Used to love them. Now its only like them. They offer free patch which i appreciate much. Today I went in and was upsell wiper blades. I understand business needs to fins ways to increase revenue but recommending wiper blades when i literally just change my wipers is really a bad way to build custom trust. I hope management sees this and at least recommend only when wiper really needs replacement.

My GF had a nail in her tire and thankfully and luckily this location had the new tires she wanted and also that they had an open appointment for us too. We got there a little earlier, since we came from Glendale area. There was like 6 people ahead of us in line but once it was our turn and we gave the keys. They only took like 20-25 mins to change out the old to new! It was quick. I think we were there less than an hour. But this location was awesome! Friendly and fast service! They use up all their bays so that's why it goes by fast. Better and faster than the Glendale location. Plus they aren't pushy when it comes to sales.
