By far the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I needed new windshield wipers and came in to a relatively busy store. When I realized I didn’t know which wipers to get, the manager was very helpful in looking up my car and showing me different options. I ended up going with the premium Rain-X wipers which were supposed to have a $15 rebate. When I was being rung up, the rebate didn’t show up so the manager had another worker give a refund of the difference while he went to install the wipers on my car. Amazing experience with exceptional service!

I come here even though I live about 10 minutes away because they are open later than Pep Boys and the workers are knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for going out of your way to explain car details to me and taking the initiative to walk me to the items. Super helpful crew. Thank you!

After 20+ years of shopping there, I just found out I didn't earn any rewards despite giving them my phone # everytime when they asked for it. You have to sign up for additional program to actually earn the reward. Nowadays you can't trust anybody.

I been to This Location a Few Times for Different Automotive Needs: & The Staff Is Very Helpful, I Notice they Went Out Side To Help Customers With There Automotive Needs Also. . Bruce Impressed Me With His Patience In Dealing With Customers & Knowledge & I know at Times They Get Busy, But if U Think About it !!! That's Why They Are Because of Returning Customers!!!! Gave Me a Great Bundle on Brakes for My SUV & All Is New!! Lol. Thank You All.

This place autozone 5393 on Gale Ave in Hacienda Heights, get NO STARS!!! I had to do one star in order to post My husband tried to exchange a $6.00 dollar oil filter that another autozone gave him the wrong size. He bought it out in Northridge out where he was working today. He wanted to do the oil change as soon as he got home. So he goes to this store on Gale to see if they could just exchanger for the correct size. The manger kid (mid 20's) tells my husband that he can't cuz the date on the receipt was not today's day. So my husband had to buy another $6.00 oil filter. It's not about the money it's about the principal of it and how that young manager kid dealt with a customer. My husband goes to the truck and looks at receipt and today's date is stamped right on top of the receipt. Husband goes back in shows the kid the date and the kid says oh yeah?!?! So now my husband asks the manger KID if he can just exchange it and get his money back for the one he just bought? The kid says no, he couldn't because it would mess up his inventory?!? And that it mess up the money in the register. As well as he told my husband that it would also affect the store he originally bought the oil filter from?!?! Does the kid really know what he is talking about? I don't understand how big corporations can hire young incompetent, lazy people that don't want to learn or know their jobs?!? That are not people persons and are bothered by the customers?!? We have lived in Hacienda Heights for over 20 years and have always gone to this store for all our auto needs but you can bet NO MORE WILL WE BE GOING THERE. And we will tell all our family and friends NOT to go there as well.

The worst AutoZone shop I experienced! In March 27, I ordered one pair of engine hood lifter for $78,one young man handled with it, but I found there are some cheaper replacement with only $25,so I went back there in 20 minutes to cancel the order, one young lady inquired with that young man and told me I need to come the next day's morning because only the manager can handle this. OK, so I went there the next day's morning but the young man said I need to come at April 1 because the order only be cancelled with the arrival of item, I was not happy you can understand and told him he need to tell me when I went back the first time and won't waste our both's time but the guy denied what he told me to come next day. I really dislike dishonest, I can understand if you didn't know some process but don't lie to your customer, there is camera in your shop,and I advised them to look over the video, no one cared about it!!!! In fact I bought many things from the shop because it's only 1.7 miles away from my home, but I do think I won't go there anymore! I even wonder if they dealed with me only because I am Asian? I don't know but I think this is not a goodplace for shopping there.Save your time and go to other AutoZone or other parts shop.
