Jared S. No customer service at all. At least say Hi, but your talking to your co-worker throughout each transaction is rude. Also, please handle the fragile items more carefully because my container of berries spilled out of the container and I should have said something but it did not want to be that person and I should have spoke up.

Why do you ask to box my items, then toss them around to break them? If you don't want to do it, don't offer. Now, all my frozen items are cracked. The guy was so angry with his work. Either that, or he has a problem with gay minorities. Life is too short.

I highly recommend cocstco in Monterrey park it's very fast on the lines plenty of parking and the gas is cheaper then some of the other Costco's

No complaints here. Plenty of parking and very helpful team members. Anthony was so pleasant. Not only was he guiding customers to the self checkout, he was right there to help if it was needed. He noticed a loaf of bread we were purchasing and gave us a heads up on the price. It was two loaves for the price of one. Another aspect that was sweet was the fact that the taste testers are back (at lease at this location anyway) and it felt like the Costcos I'm familiar with.

Keiko helped my bf and I at the Membership services today 9/17. He was extremely helpful, answered all our questions and went above and beyond for us. The experience of his great customer service assures us that we made the right decision buying a Costco membership! Thank you keiko! :)

Rating for gas attendant : After I finished filling up, I headed to my door, but paused to wash my hand with my sanitizer; then a car behind honked, blowing it long to be annoying. I walked back to ask the man why he was honking... the attendant then told me to move on coz people are waiting. I responded, "I waited too, and you're telling me to move on, but you don't tell people NOT to honk at cars in front, for courtesy reason for everybody waits too?" The attendant was still on my case, and I really fee disrespected; so I said, "shut up, just shut-up"... he intimidatingly asked, "WHAT DID YOU SAY?" I responded I said, "shut-up!"... then he printed my gas-receipt and authoritatively said, "YOU ARE NOW BANNED FROM ALL COSTCO!".... He though I'll be intimidated, but I went inside to tell the story to the store manager; and the manager informed me that the attendants have no rights or system-access to banned people.... NOW, THAT IS WHAT I CALL INTIMIDATING SENIOR CITIZEN.... Watch out for him, he is a kinda heavy Hispanic late-20s-early-30s person.."

It was because of Emily and Stephanie I hope I got the right names that assisted me and getting a gift card for my daughter's birthday for a member card, they went out of their way to assist me and to make sure I got the process right in getting the new member card for my daughter. that's why I keep coming back to Costco is because of their great customer service. Update. My daughter loved the present and will be going in to Costco soon to get her member card and phot taken.

Staff was very unfriendly. I was scolded by a staff member for allowing two lines to form in front of self checkout. There is no posted signage and I do not regularly visit this costco. I do not understand why they'd expect customers to know this. When I was scanning my items a more senior employee got mad at another employee for not helping scan my items. I don't expect to be helped with scanning. I go to self checkout for a reason. This was the most unprofessional staff I've ever seen.

Watch your hand for shopping safety! Last Monday, when I was waiting in line for check out, a Costco guy walked past me from behind, with his vest sweeping through my back. Though not a big deal, but uncomfortable and out of notice. The Costco guy didn't even bother to turn and say, "excuse me!" as courtesy. I was the third in the line. The first one was with the cashier. The second one was in front me, where my shopping cart was two to three feet behind. I rest my hands on the handle as most customers do. A couple minutes later, from the other side, the same Costco employee walked through, and suddenly pulled my cart so hard to the front, right behind the second one. I had to quickly let go of the shopping cart. Everything happened so quick and out of notice, again! I called and talked to the store's assistant (?) administrative manager. She looked up video footage and identified the Costco employee was one of her assistant managers. At first, she tried to explain Costco employees are told to do that, in order to keep customers in neat order!! Then she went on her assistant manager was busy! If what she said makes sense, then every shopper should be aware - watch your hand because some busy Costco employee can jump out of nowhere and suddenly pull your shopping cart off your control. To avoid your hand from getting hurt, better stay alert while shopping! I told her, "I was not the first one the guy picked, and won't be the last one." An ordinary employee would not act blunt and rude. Yet an assistant manager picked on customers? This just explains one simple thing. The guy was habitual but no one had reported his madness behavior. Then, she apologized and expressed that she will retrain the guy... Instead, my intention was hoping this Costco store could give customers a safe and sound shopping environment. She agreed. I am glad that she looked into customer's feedback. So it is two-star, could've been better, review on Yelp.

On 7/5/21, I had an awful experience. I went to the Costco City of Industry with the intention of helping my parents who are both seniors who have physical limitations and speak limited English. Initially, I was able to walk inside without issues however, when I was inside, a douchey Costco employee who is wearing a black self-check out vest walked up to me and said "it is senior hour, you cannot be here!" My response was "I'm here with my parents because they have physical limitations and they need assistance with lifting heavy items." He said "well, you can't be here, our employees can help them." Not only was I kicked out of Costco but, the employees didn't bother helping my parents. From looking at the reviews for the City of Industry Costco, it is very disappointing on how the City of Industry Costco treats their customers especially their Asian and disabled customers and it looks like the customer service continues to worsen.

Worse Costco I've ever been to. Staff is rude and I'm pretty sure the prices here are slightly higher than other Costco. Not by much $1-$2 difference but enough for me to notice, especially when you're buying a bunch of things. Half the staff does not wear masks and a forth of them do not wear name tags. Hard to know who works there.

Came by to pick up the stuff for our usual Costco run. This time was able to find all the things I needed with good prices and HelloKitty squish mellow. There was a lot of people but they were very adamant about social distancing and mask wearing so it was nice. I was going to grab food afterwards but the line is really long.
