Just went for a simple oil change, but as always they give me above and beyond service each time. When i finished with my paperwork, i needed to put my new tags on for this year, so i was attempting to do it myself. Rafael and Elmer went out of their way to help me finish the job. They didn't have to do that at all, and yet they did. Made my day honestly. I love coming here, everyone is so nice!!

Purchased a CPO Vehicle 2 wks ago. Ruben was the salesperson & was very helpful from initial inquiry on the car. We left & decided to go back later in the evening. Ruben left work for the day & came back just to do the deal! He spent an extra 2 hrs after his shift to make sure we were taken cared of. The car market is crazy right now & not an ideal time to purchase a car, but we feel that we walked away with a great deal. Would definitely recommend this dealership. Look for Ruben.

This dealership absolutely did right by me. They were courteous, provided AMAZING customer service, and were a wealth of knowledge on the car I was interested in (and bought). I ABSOLUTELY recommend Diamond Honda, specifically Ziad and Alan, who helped my mom and I with everything. I love my car, I love the dealership, and I LOVED their respect and patience. I would give it 0 stars if I can. Customer service sucks bad the service consultant there is very unprofessional very rude and don't care about their customers. All they care about is the $$$$$ I don't recommend this dealer at all. I won't be coming to this dealership anymore.

Recently my mom's battery for her 2019 Civic went bad and her car wouldn't start. She was extremely distraught and worried. Nicole Bright is an angel! She helped my mom and walked her through each step of the process to control her stress. She took her time w her since my mom is hard of hearing and English is not her first language. Nicole even saw that there was a recall for her car and did it within the same day so that my mom wouldn't have to come back again. Thank you so much for looking out for her. Will definitely come back and request her from now on!

This review is regarding Sales, not Service. I bought a car here recently, and had a great experience. I saw a certified pre-owned Honda I was interested on their website. Based on other reviews, I texted Albert to see if the car was available and set up a time to go in to check it out. Albert was great - very responsive, nice, and not at all pushy, which is what I was hoping for, as I don't like typical pushy car salesmen. We negotiated the price as much as was possible in these times. (Like houses, it really is a seller's market for cars right now.). I then met with the finance manager, Rafael, to complete the paperwork. He also was personable and nice. I really love that Diamond Honda provides a lifetime Powertrain warranty with most of their vehicles. This, plus the fact that my car is certified, really helped seal the deal, especially because no one really is getting a huge discount these days when buying cars. I would recommend this dealership and Albert specifically to anyone in the market for a car. I attached a pic of his business card; definitely text his cell or email him!

Nicole in the service department has been such a sweetheart & amazing employee! Always helpful and always making sure I understand everything that needs to be done with my car. Always comes to check in if I've been waiting a bit longer than expected and always makes me feel welcomed. I always call before going to get service to ensure that she's there. Serviced my Honda Accord and Odyssey here. Rafael Ornelas managed my car for basic maintenance. I thought I needed a super expensive major maintenance but he took a closer look and said it's not needed just yet for my Odyssey, and appreciate him not over selling me services I don't need. Took my Accord here for oil and tire rotation, and 2nd time for burning plastic smell. He helped me figure out I had a plastic bag caught on my muffler. Highly appreciate his professional and courteous service!

Continuously having issues with Tony at this location. He is always on lunch and the cause of why we are waiting so long. This location doesn't give rides home anymore either while you're waiting for service. They said it's only this locations managment. Manager Oscar would you like to comment? joanne martinez service consultant was the person who told us we cannot have a ride nor was she on time to check us in for our appointment. We showed up 15 minutes early and they had us waiting 15 minutes after our appointment, total of 30 mins waiting to be checked in. on top of a 2hour estimate for an oil change and we are stuck here not able to get a ride due to what reason? Looks like it's time to switch to toyota. do not come here and if tony walks up to you, just walk out. that guy is rude and always late, will having you waiting hours while your car is sitting finished outside but because he is on lunch you won't get your car for another hour. this place is run by shit management and the employees are rude as hell. disgusting facility and lobby, doesn't look clean what so ever.

I love them !!!! After my nightmare visit at galpin I told them what I went through and they said no problem do not worry and they had the color I wanted!!!! RUBEN was patient with me and answered everything I needed. I'm so happy with them and my car ! I love it thank for not using your dealership tactics on me . Yay!

Came to get a car serviced. I was given estimated time of 1hour and half. I was there 4hours and half total. I got to the service center at 9:45am, my appointment was at 10am. I was told to wait in the car until an advisor comes to help me, which was about 25minutes. On my paperwork it showed promised time as 12:30pm. Ended up getting my car just before 2:30pm. I have had to wait a long time for a car service before, maybe 3hrs at a busy Toyota dealership, but 4.5hours is just too long. The advisor did apologize for the wait and had the car washed, but at that point I just wanted to leave. I was really hungry after waiting so long, and because of covid there are no refreshments. I didn't see any vending machines either and there are no places walking distance (at least not in 100degree weather) to get food either. Unless you live within 10miles of here and can get a ride home and back, I don't recommend coming for a service. I will not be back.

I made an appointment at 3 for an oil change so I arrived 5 min before my appointment, I was told to stay in my car and someone will come to my car. My husband came to pick me up and waited for me. 40 min later I was still waiting in my car so we left. Why make an appointment if you're going to be left waiting that long? I give it 2 stars because this has never happened before but that's why I made an appt so I didn't have to wait that long. I ended up taking my van somewhere else.

I can't speak on their sales staff since I did t purchase my vehicle here. I moved to the area a year ago. This Honda dealership is only ten minutes away from me. Three times I've been here in the past year and all three times the oil change price changed (COVID pricing)? The other dealership I've been to had only one price increase in the five years I've gone there. Or, maybe the service reps here make up pricing as they go. Idk. Also, don't bother making appointments, it would not help you getting your vehicle done faster. Appointment or no appointment, expect a 2-2.5-hour wait for an oil change. Also, their prices is a little bit more than the other Honda dealership I've been at. 2-star because it's a Honda.

Terrible service! They will deny you service stating that due to the pandemic your oil change should be once a year? That's exactly what Joanne stated! Don't waste your time coming here, you will wait at least 3 hours! I'm going to get a hold of Honda directly and let them know how horrible this place is!
