I’ve been working with Zairan from City of Industry store for several months on updating the furniture and look of our family and living rooms. Zairan listened to my ideas and preferences. She made some excellent suggestions which I hadn’t thought of. Besides purchasing a new couch and love seat I was also looking at fabric to upholster one recliner and 2 wing back chairs, which I had purchased from Ethan Allen 25+ years ago! Zairan was so good coordinating the existing furniture with the new for a cohesive look.Communication was excellent, along with friendly customer service. Zairan made the experience easy and fun. My husband and myself are thrilled with the new updated look of our family and living rooms. A very positive experience. Thank you, Zairan!

I used to consider Ethan Ellen is a trustworthy brand. But I was so disappointed with the items I purchased from them. The bad quality items don’t deserve such high price. My sofa pillows were broken only after 1 year purchase. I purchased chandeliers from them also and the quality is terrible. They buy poor quality items with super low price from China or Indian manufacturers and sell them to Americans. The brand is not what it was.All that they care is MONNEY! What a shame!

I love Ethan Allen not only for the beauty and quality of their furnitures but also for the complimentary professional interior decorating service. Zairan is one of the interior decorator at Ethan Allen, City of Industry. I wanted to redecorate a bedroom after my son moved out and Zairan came up with the greatest ideas and suggestions from the bed to bed dings,nightstands, lamps including artwork and area rug. Everything came together beautifully. The bedroom looks amazing. Zairan also helped me choose the perfect paint color my guest bathroom.Zairan always responded in a timely manner,she is very nice and pleasant at all times.I love my newly furnished bedroom. We placed a custom order with the Puente Hills store back in January 2022 with our stylist Zairan LiShe told us up front it would take 4 to six months, which seemed like a long time, however Zairan Li kept me posted on the status of each item as the order progressed. We can really see the quality and craftsmanship in the furniture. I know that this furniture will last for many years. Very pleased with Ethan Allen “the staff, service and quality” we excellent.
