Horrible service guys in the lumber area talking in a circle talking but when it comes to you needing help all sudden they're busy and can't help you and have attitudes because asking for help and then you find them all just standing talking again not the only Time this has happened lazy not helpful at all

The employees are so rude here , I needed help with something I wanted to buy ( it was locked ) waited 30 minutes for an employee to come and open the case , they never showed up, i approached another employee to see if he can send another person to help me, he literally told me “can’t you see I’m busy “ , he wasn’t. He was just standing there not doing anything. There were a few people waiting as well so I wasn’t the only one. There were a lot of employees just walking around not doing anything or just standing there. I’m not going to this place anymore, I wasted my time . Next time I’ll just go to Lowe’s . F this place .

I'm in the process of installing a new screen door and nobody was around to assist me they're all too busy on their phones. Only one person offered help apologize that it was not his department but took the extra time to assist, Rudy thank you!!!! You went above and beyond and that's something that the store has never done before

Love affair "gone" Home Depot has been downgraded with me.Terrible stocking of shelves, difficult finding someone knowledgeable when needed.I went in and the item was not on the shelf, I could see it on the very top of where they keep stock, and I ask for some to bring a ladder . The girl called someone and he showed up with no ladder and said he would have to go and get one. After 20 minutes of waiting, I walked to front and told a person, not knowing I was speaking to the Manager, and explained the situation. He was able to get someone . All in all it took me an hour to get one item. It is frequently they are out of stock, so I have been going Merritt's Hardware or Lowe's which is slightly better than Home DepotLove gone south

I really want to give 0 star but there’s no choice. The Supervisor Sarah and the female sales LXR44ZE are super suck. Last year they charged me $80 extra and I tried five times to get my money back and told them to check the camera. They never did it and pushed it very late and told me they can’t check it anymore. This time, they never explained clear and tried to confuse customer to purchase. Then at the end when you trying to return and do price match, they said you cannot do that because you signed the contact. Never gonna come to home depot anymore because of their management and ugly service. I will go to Lowe’s and other place to purchase. There’s a lots of place can buy the same stuff with the same price and maybe cheaper price.

very rude and misinformed sales guy in the power tools section, made fun of me for not knowing what size bit to use and then proceeded to tell me to purchase a 3-1/2 in. HOLE DOZER Bi-Metal Hole Saw with 3/8 in. Arbor and Pilot Bit to drill through stucco, which it absolutely DOES NOT DO AT ALL. Maybe instead of belittling customers who come for help you should educate yourself sir.On the other hand there are very helpful people in the paint section, but this guy just ruined my whole experience. Just shop online, you'll save more and not have to deal with these people.

Had to do a new overhead light installation got all supplies from home-depot as you can see the blue retro light fixture junction box. It’s easy to install just make a hole insert you wire in Gand insert box in hole as you tighten the screws little wings open and fix the box to the ceiling.

Very disappointed. I had to get a key cut, and I wasn't entirely sure if they would be able to do my specific one. So I tried calling. After making it very clear to the automated voice (I'm sure the robot was trying and meant well, but he was not answering my question) that I needed to speak with a person, I finally got put through, but was waiting for twenty minutes and no one answered the phone. Not even to pick up and tell me they'd have to put me on hold. Not sure why they have a phone number if they don't answer it.So I drove all the way there to have three different workers tell me three different things; ultimately they couldn't help me. Would've been nice to not have to waste a trip out there to find out. Answer the phone, guys.

This renovation building materials store has a large parking lot off California Route 60. Parking and transportation are very convenient. You can buy a lot of renovation materials and indoor kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, yards and gardens. You can choose some basic materials for other decorations here, such as wood boards, wires, water pipes, etc. You can also buy many household appliances here, such as electric fans, refrigerators, air conditioners, etc. The service staff here are also very good. I love it. Shopping here is convenient and save money

I never go to Home Depot but I decided to go today to get some plants and I didn't know exactly what I wanted and I felt I was being a bit annoying but Dominique the cashier who helped me was so nice and tried her best to not make me feel bad she was very sweet and even held my things well I went to get my card I forgot

DO NOT GO HERE. I just got profiled at this location. I spend (used to spend) 5-10 grand a month at Home Depot. I'm a contractor. I went through the automated checkout and halfway in the parking lot a store employee stopped me and asked to see a receipt because they weren't "watching" me and wanted to make sure I paid for everything. I've never been so embarrassed in my whole life. I showed my receipt and promptly walked back into the store with my 143 dollar purchase and returned everything. I will NEVER go to Home Depot again. It might cost me a little more to go to Lowes but Home Depot doesn't deserve a single dime of my money. I will be sure to instruct all my employees to never buy a single thing from Home Depot again for anything on the company credit card. Shame on you Home Depot. Shame on you.

Dominique was the rudest nastiest woman ever!!! She was a middle aged cashier woman at the front of the store and she was an eye sore!!! First of all she was very cold and uninviting. I didn't like the way she stared customers down and was constantly talking with her associates like it was a social hour. Home Depot needs to train and hire better associates because this was just a joke. Me and my husband have been going to Home Depot for over 10 years and we love to shop here but if the workers are going to be as rude as Dominique was then I will never return. She was a very nasty woman and I think that management should see my review and have a talk with her because it is not okay to hire such terrible human beings. She was rude to all the customers and ignored the customers who asked her questions. She was also dirty looking people and I feel that she is a bad image for the store. Management do better and please talk with Dominique. I will not be giving this Home Depot my business anymore!!! Shame on you Dominique!!!
