I can’t say enough good things about Jack Tsai. He’s not just a broker he’s honestly a fantastic leader who actually cares about his agents’ success. I’ve watched him mentor 300+ agents which is pretty crazy, and the way he pushes people to level up is very showing of the type of person he is.

As a seasoned investor, I have used a lot of realtors in my life Jack and his wife Ann are the very best. They handled a very complex situation with competence and warmth. I anm n owner who live out of state, and the other owner live out of the country. That situation alone caused all kinds of Administrative and legal headaches. On top of that the house needed repairs I was not aware of when I listed it. If I had to find the different contractors to repair the house it would have been a nightmare. I would also probably be ripped off. Instead, Ann arranged everything. She wont even charge me anything for her hours and hours to plan and to coordinate. When I had an urgent question and had to call her early morning or late evenings, Ann never complained. Meanwhile, Jack was able to negotiate a very good price on my property. I give them 20 stars out of 5 if I can.
