I’m extremely happy with this store. I don’t usually shop with lowe’s. However, this time, when i went to buy this velux skylight 2’ by 4’ window, lowe’s manager (a young man named “bryan”) if my memory serves me correctly, he helped me to match the internet vendor’s lower price. I can’t be happier for my shopping experience with this store. It saved me $50 out of $299 window. and it’s very clear and looks beautiful

Why is it so difficult to buy a BBQ grill? We came in the staff at the help desk were very nice. Told us they would go get it, then they had to talk to a manager, then it wouldn’t be ready till next week. So many obstacles! We went to Home Depot, paid for a grill and they put it in our van. No problem. Why does Lowe’s make it so hard??

DO NOT GO HERE! Blinds Customer is service is absolutely dreadful. Employee Trisha/ Patricia Tena!! Employee id: 1974240 She kept changing the price on me for blinds and kept pressuring us to open up a credit card. Wasted hours at the store due to her shady antics

PrefaceDO NOT BUY EXPENSIVE APPLIANCES FROM THIS STORE! UNLESS you enjoy being lied to about the availability of refrigerators and delivery dates from the warehouse, by the sales person OR in this case, the morbid looking, nose ring wearing, I want to look like Billie Elish in big pants GIRL. If I can still say girl these days.Chapter 1We need a fridgeLet's start, shall we? First, I went to purchase a new refrigerator. After a few weeks of research and looking at various stores, I figured let me try Lowe's. I have their card, and I could pay it off in 6 months with zero percent financing. So on a Sunday afternoon we went to this Lowe's and found what we needed. The salesperson (see description above) told us delivery was free but recommended a new water line for the water and ice maker. I said, "Why not? It's an up sell, but hey, we deserve this." She proceeded with the delivery date. Remember, it was Sunday afternoon, and she then asked if we wanted it, "Monday." According to her, she checked availability and assured us it would come from the warehouse, and she stated, "usually the routes for delivery to this area is typically 8:00AM to 12:00PM." I was shocked and said, "Really, that soon?" I then said that it was too early for tomorrow and if we could get it delivered Tuesday instead. Too, which she said, "Yes, Tuesday is fine. Thank you."Chapter IITell me sweet little liesShe then stated I should get a call on Monday evening to confirm the time frame of 8:00AM to 12:00PM. Welp, that did not happen. After several calls after 4:00 pm on Monday, I finally ended up speaking to I believe "Nelson," a manager at Lowe's in the City of Industry. He stated the refrigerator we purchased was actually a special order, and the time frame he was looking at was three weeks from today. I SAID, WAIT A MINUTE. THAT'S NOT WHAT MORBID, BILLIE ELISH, NOSE RING GIRL TOLD ME.... Welp, Nelson apologized and said there was nothing he could do, and that refrigerator isn't available till the date three weeks later. I cried, uncle, and just sucked it up. I mean, what are you going to do. Things happen, right? Please read on to the next chapterChapter IIISergio, don't set me upSo delivery day came, and if you paid for a separate water line and the same salesperson (see description above) tells you it will be installed, when your refrigerator is, "delivered and set up." Then it should be attached and installed. I mean, you paid for it, right?Chapter lVI got plastic hosedWell, it wasn't installed. Sergio, the delivery guy, wouldn't install the already existing line because it was a plastic hose. So I ended up with a metal hose I paid for only to have to return it. So I pulled out my crescent wrenches and attached the same pre-existing plastic hose I had coming out of the wall and "Voila, It worked." All that for literally 30 seconds of work, Sergio. Thanks.Chapter VSet yourself up customerSo the refrigerator installed and "free setup," included bringing it into the house, plugging it in, and pushing it into the space. The tape was still on the fridge and doors, so I had to pull the fridge back out. I saw leftover Styrofoam pieces from the packing stuck all over the sides, plus the tape on the doors, no filter installed, and all the components inside the fridge, each needed to be opened up individually. Unfortunately, I couldn't be there myself because of work but why even put the fridge into the slot if that's all you are going to do, just so I have to pull it out again and finish removing the tapes, pieces, and leftover Styrofoam? The relative who was kind enough to be there for the delivery was older and isn't able to do those things. So there I was for about 20 minutes redoing something that could have been done the first time.Final ChapterYou get what you pay forThis is the service you get for $2000 purchase from Lowe's. Zero...

Went in store and ordered a refrigerator to be delivered. Upon delivery the fridge was dented (heavily) to the point where the delivery drivers said they could not give us the fridge. You would think normally that another fridge would be delivered but oh boy did Lowe's fall flat on their face when it came to any sort of human decency.I get a call that the fridge I ordered is no longer in stock (so get it from a different warehouse??). Instead they offer me a refund. Well here is the issue, I ordered the fridge during a Labor Day sale. That sale has ended and they want to refund the amount I paid for the fridge WHEN IT WAS DISCOUNTED. This means when I try to purchase a new fridge, I now need to pay more than what I originally paid. I did not dent the fridge, why should I have to pay more because of a mistake by Lowe's.Furthermore, I called this store countless times to ask for a new fridge (even one of equal or greater value) instead of a refund and they proceed to make it impossible for me to speak to any sort of manager. Every time I called, I was told I was being connected with a manager, and then the call would be dropped. At some point, they just stopped picking up my calls entirely.I guess these store managers are just too incompetent or scared to speak to a customer. So instead they ask the rest of their staff to protect them by not answering calls.I am honestly shocked how poor this store (and Lowe's in general) handled a situation that was so easy to remedy. Just send me another fridge. Why is that so hard?Edit: So I ended up taking the refund and now I find out it takes days to get the refund, potentially up to a week. A fridge is a large purchase and it is hard to make the same purchase without the orginal money back. Thanks Lowes for one of the worst customer support experiences I have ever had.

Very bad experience with store ordering:1. After more than a week ordering without receiving the item and called store they told me couldn’t find the order.2. After they found the order and then told me it had been delivered to my house however I got nothing3. Couple calls they put me on hold and then not answer me back4. Each time call they gave me the different answer for instance: already delivered; delivery to wrong address; will re- delivery; have to wait;…5. Finally, I went to satire again and manager ok to re-order and then I have to another week one week and pick it up in the store.Such bad experience and not provide good service at all …Hopefully get some improvement…
