I'm a dealer of their product. I called to get a camera running, and they refused to help because I'm from Chicago and bought it from the Chicago branch. I only called them because the Chicago branch was closed when I got to my last stop. Anyway, there are many other camera companies with better quality than their LTS branded non NDAA compliant cameras that are really Hikvision. with longer warranty like 6 year. The representative said he didn't care, so I'm putting them on blast and pretty much the last time I'm buying from any LTS.

After my initial review, LTS contacted me to discuss what happened and promised to make the situation right. Not only did they make it right, but they really went above and beyond. They replaced/repaired the broken equipment then spent two hours on the phone with me to make sure everything was working properly. LTS really showed me that my initial experience was not how they do business and they really do have great customer service. I am very thankful for how they treated me as a customer.
