Terrible service, I bought the spoiler and the ducktail there and I left everything paid for installation and everything he said would arrive in a week and then 3 weeks passed and he canceled and canceled me to go to the installation and he never wanted to install the parts and I The money was stolen, it was not the parts I ordered, I do not recommend this place, it is the worst there is in Nelson and California.

Their lights are so cheap and break every other month , already warranty some headlights twice and they refuse to even work with me to at least get credit for something else . “Their” lights that they say are so good literally say on the box “made in china “ wouldn’t recommended , people also put of a vibe their making you feel uncomfortable. Only reason I don’t leave a one starts is because they warrantied my lights out again but I don’t wanna be coming back every other month just for that!

He is knowledgeable and will give you good advice and what you need for your Car. I had called a few days before to see if I had to make an appt or if I could just walk in, I called and he told me it was by appt. So I asked for the earliest because I work in the afternoon. He told me 10 am Saturday was the earliest. So I thought that would be enough time for them to finish before I go to work at 5pm. Sadly I ended being told that it was going to be an all day thing.. and I wouldn't get it back until the end of the day. Which sucked because why wake up early for an "appt", take my car, only for it to not even be a priority. And what sucks is they ended up finishing by the time I was at work so I had to wait until Monday to get it since they are closed on Sunday's. I thought no big deal, I'll go Monday and when I did, I instantly fell in love with the wing!! They did a great job! I was too excited to notice that there was a couple of things that they did without at least mentioning it to me. First off I'll start by saying that my car has no dents, no scratches, I've been very very careful with my car and I don't let just anyone work on it except for professionals. No my car isn't a GTR or a Supra but I take care of my cars, no matter their value. I have 2 cars and I only take this car out here and there because I don't trust people in parking lots or on the streets. When I looked carefully at the trunk when I got home, I noticed that there was a scratch on the top of my trunk. It was super deep that I couldn't even use the scratch remover stuff on it. Believe me I tried. And then I opened up the trunk and noticed even more scratches inside of it. There were parts that weren't pushed back in. There was a tool that was hanging from the trunk that I've never seen before. I also was able to hear a couple of loose screws inside the holes that they made when installing the wing. When I am driving, I can hear the loose screws moving around in there. Some of the screws that hold the wing were loose as well. I was really upset because I paid $300 to get this installed and I thought I was getting it done by guys who truly care about cars. I mean they have some amazing bad a** cars out front so I just assumed they cared about others cars as much as they care for theirs. I was a little sad, I'm still paying off my car and it's not even a year old... and I did want to go back and get more parts put on by them but now I'm just a little unsure. I'm giving 3 stars only because the wing was installed pretty even and it looks great but it's the process of doing it that wasn't good at all. If you guys do plan to go, please double check everything before you drive off. It's a mistake that I made and I wish I had double checked before I drove away.

Avoid this place, will lie about availability just to get you to pay and have you wait for them to order it in. Or will try to sell you something they have in stock instead. Did I mention customer service is absolute Sh*t, especially on IG and If u contact then on offer up it's the same. Ever since my last experience I looked for another shop and found 365 performance which compared to O-Nex will treat you like royalty

Been going here for years outta necessity not want the owner (dale) always finds to finesse you. Would rate 5/10. Have had shitty situations with them and they have never taking responsibility. Tbh if I see dale on streets I'm squaring up
