Purchased kitten food for a new kitten. I bought the type he was used to and the one I wanted him on to transition but he took to the new food right away and PetSmart refunded the more expensive one with no problem.

Grooming department would not allow me to book my dogs appointment appt. Using the app, when calling the store itself and speaking to one of the associates they proceeded to make the appt. Discuss vaccination update and then put me on hold and had the manager Bryan tell me that I could not book an apt. He said he did not know why and had no reason then said because my dog COULD be aggressive or complaints which has never been the case. My dog did not care for one of the groomers his last visit when she called me she said my DOg was vicious and attacked. He has been seen there numerous times and never once have I've been told any of those things told me. I have even referred business to them and now they won't even book my dogs appt. With no reason as to why. The manager literally said I don't know why just cause. They actually wanted me to take my business elsewhere and I will also be taking the family and friends business with me. When I asked for corporate number Bryan the manager said well they are just going to send you back to me. The professionalism or I should say lack of professionalism is ridiculous. You would think a business noow a days would want to retain customers and have a legitimate reason as to why they can no longer service your need instead of saying I don't know. Again, they can see my dog has never had an issue. I can show all his after visist cards. He never has bite anyone or attacked anyone his entire life. If I could give their grooming department zero stars I would. They have lost my, my family and friends business and for no reason at all other than I don't know.

My favorite store to get pet supplies other than Amazon. Love checking out for clearance items and always check the prices on their website (pricematch).

Don't buy your fish here. I came in three days in a row and saw the same dead fish rotting in the tanks. One corpse had been there so long on the bottom it was nearly nothing but bones, and there was only 2 sickly angel fish on their last legs in the tank so no, it wasn't eaten. Within the tanks at least 8 showed definitive signs of either ich or epistylis, if you buy fish here your entire tank will be infected. Ich is a highly contagious fish disease and epistylis is caused by POOR MAINTENCES AND WATER QUALITY LIKELY FROM ALL THE DEAD BODIES.They have ich remedies readily available on the shelves, I checked, and they aren't used. They also have nets to clean the corpses out of the tanks as well, but choose not to. When staff is alerted to the mass floating corpses, nearly one in every tank, several tanks with 2 or more, the response is always "oh that just happend and we haven't cleaned yet" or "not my job". They are very blatantly lying in the first statement, as I came three days in a ROW and saw the same dead loach and angel fish, and show just general disregard and malace with the second.They may just be fish, but it's morally wrong to make them suffer due to your negligence and laziness. It's also bad business practice to sell diseased fish to customers. The management at this location clearly does not care to ensure the employees hired care much, nor do they seem to care themselves. So just a word of advice, don't buy your fish here. In the photo attached is a piece with either ich or epistylis.Pecos, nor any other tropical fish, naturally have white spots all over them and exhibit flashing regularly.

I have to revise my 5-star to 1-star due to the grooming staff being so rude and doing a horrible job on my doodle. I called out that the cutting was uneven and they blamed my dog for not being cooperative. This is not my dog's first time there, and there's been no issue previously. I told them that I won't be back and they said it's fine in my face.

This is our local PetSmart and when shopping for four furry babies, we're there quite often. They have a good selection and clean store. What's lacking? Their customer service. You can walk by at least two associates upon entering the store, and NOT one associate acknowledges your presence. No, I'm not a needy person, but I suppose my expectations are too high. I still value good customer service, and IF you have to work in the service field, why not make it pleasant? After all, we're all at a pet store because we share a love for our pets.
