Yesterday, 12/28/22 @2:30pm there were three employees standing outside the store. Basically guarding so customer’s couldn’t enter to browse. Eating and drinking as well. All three, especially the woman, were extremely unprofessional and claimed all t-mobile stores were down and could not help. I’m a new customer who just switched over and came in for assistance because one handset I brought over was not working. I was told to call my old service and figure it out. We can’t help you! I later returned to the city of La Verne and stopped by my regular store.. off white and foothill.. within 5 minutes issue was solved. Customer service goes a long way. If it’s not for you get a job in a warehouse or where you don’t require interaction. I’m glad my new Apple Watch sale went to an employee who was eager to help me.

Sidney is the best staff that I have ever been helped at a cellphone store. She is an expert, so fast and flawless handling of two devices, one of which was upgraded. She was nice and pleasant.

When I wanted to change our plan to Magenta 55+, the young lady in the store told me that she could give me a discount with the same price as Magenta 55+ if I chose Magenta55+ Max at the store, and I can change the plan anytime after first bill.But I was charged $180 without discount she promised. Though we were T-mobile prepaid plan, we were required to pay $35 per line as the connection fee. We paid $140 for new plan connection, and was charged $180 for the 1st month.Are you honest to your customers?

Came here to check out a phone the pregnant girl had no clue about none of my questions she didn't know anything even if new obviously she wasn't ready to deal with customers I left pointless

highly recommended branch of TMOBILE. I just wanted to recognize Matthew who assisted us purchasing apple watch very quick and easy. his excellent customer service is above and beyond. the lady supervisor on duty i approached is very well knowledgeable about my questions too.

Pamela is great ! Helped us trade in our phone when other locations did not want to help with our trade in. She took the time out to explain everything to us and make the experience well worth getting a new phone. T-Mobile needs more workers like her !!! She is wonderful even helped us to transfer all our old photos on to new phone thank you Pamela

I went into T-Mobile on a weekday, Marcus was very helpful in addressing the reason for coming into the store that day. Gave me a lot of useful info on the phone I was interested in. His polite manner and genuine attempt to help me out was from the moment I walked into the store till the moment I walked out. Very nice young man. His mom trained him well (and T-Mobile of course). EDIT: I just realized that I reviewed the WRONG store. My experience was at the T- Mobil on TEMPLE AVE. in LA PUENTE. I can't find that store listed on Yelp so I will just leave it here.
