AGAIN, ANOTHER day has gone by, and you guys STILL can't complete a simple task like, take the order, pack the order, ship the order. Is there ANYONE in this company that can complete that simple task. You have not been able to do it for years and you continue to be incompetent. Your shipping department and customer service are useless.

Call. Listen to what department you need. Then wait for 20 to 25 mins. Advise them. New patient. Give you're I fo. What insurance you have. Give them. The authorization number. Then place on hold for another 3 to 5 mins. Be told sorry. We do not have anything on file nor insurance paper work. Or doctor prescription. Then the road apple game starts. Your doctor then youre medical insuranhome care nursehome care nurse road apple. Now a month later. No word care supply. Super care answer. We do not take youre insurance

This Dept was closing at 12pm and I arrived at almost 12pm to have my data taken from my cpap machine SD card to print out a compliance report NEEDED to clear me for my class B. Long story short. I desperately needed it done to go to work, having missed 2 days already (not their fault). The front desk was very caring and rushed my SD card in the back. About 10-12 min later Francis came out and had compliance reports to cover WHATEVER I needed! 30, 90 days and 1 year!!! She went the extra mile when she could’ve said, “No you’re too late, I’m off and going home.”Now that is old school customer service you very rarely see anymore!!! Francis you are greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I received the equipment. How ever they charged me for the supplies, which is ok, but no spare nose pillow or AIR FILTER. WHY NOT SEND REPLACEMENT AIR FILTERS TO GET YOU GOING OTHER THAN THE ONE IT COMES WITH.

These people are worse than useless. Multiple phone-tag calls yielded absolutely no progress on our case, which should have been cut-and-dried. Customer services is completely dysfunctional--there is no communication among various randomly assigned agents, meaning information is never passed from the first person who calls you to the next person whose call you return. The agents are nice and polite but cannot provide anything resembling useful service.Tell your medical practitioner that under NO circumstances should they submit the order for your oxygen (or other) supply to this firm.

This is the worst company to do business with. They have provided a hospital bed for my disabled uncle and since day one it has been a battle. They were given billing information and have not worked with doctors office to resolve billing issue and are now threatening to sue. They are difficult to reach by phone. Mom needed a walker and was prescribed in Jan. 2023. March 2023 and they claim they have been unable to reach customer when they haven made an attempt to contact mom. Bad customer service!

More than half the orders I receive are wrong. They do not look at the order. They just want to ship it and get it out of there hair. I'm back on another long right now to straighten out another incorrect delivery. It's funny that the packing slip usually has the correct information. They just do not send it. I'm sure my account has been charged for many things I have not received.So done with SuperCare. It should be renamed to IdontCare.

I think this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are liars. Waka lied to me. I was calling for my very sick brother he was in need of Internal Formula. For his g- tube feeding.She promised me she would expedite approval through my brother's insurance. And that we would have our delivery in two days. Well here we are two days later and she dropped the ball. Rona is another that doesn't do her job. I'm still waiting for her to call me back! I am so frustrated. My brother is starving because your company. How dare you. You are in the business of helping people. Well lying doesn't help people. One star is because I couldn't write a review without it. They deserve zero stars !!!!!!S Page

I have been waiting for a call from them for several weeks now. My doctor put in for me and nebulizer machine. And now I'm experiencing problems breathing because I don't have my machine. I'm waiting and waiting for their call That never comes. I don't know why you're not calling me my referral was already sent as I said weeks ago and when I tried to call they never answered the phone it just stayed on hold for so long I hung up
