Great gym to workout at! Coach Ethan and Coach G have great kickboxing and boxing classes! Always leave with getting a great session in. Definitely recommend doing their classes.

I love this gym and the vibe it provides. The gym is clean, and the staff is always friendly! Coach Gee is the boxing coach there, and she is very effective at teaching adults and children proper boxing technique. I highly suggest this gym!

This gym is a hidden gem!! From the coaches, to the super clean facility, and everyone who goes there!! 10/10 in my book!!Great job standing out from all the other local gyms who have neglected their customers and facilities.Keep up the good work guys!
