May not be this stores fault...but the expectation setting on service I received did not measure up. Due to someone's mistake (either at the store or somewhere else within Verizon), I'm without a phone for 3 days. Now exploring options to cancel service and move over to another provider.
Nothing but good things to say, great customer service from Jason. He helped make it quick and easy for me to get ahold of a new phone after my old one was no longer in working order, and also helped out in switching my grandma keep her number in switching over from AT&T.
