“I loved living here!! Robin was the best property manager; she was always very kind and responsive to any questions/concerns I had. She was also gracious enough to remind us when we may have accidentally forgotten a utility fee and provide us with a key (free of charge) when getting locked out. The property's landscaping was also gorgeous and the location is amazing. There's a gym within walking distance and a few food spots as well. I would love to live here again in the future!”

“We moved in last September so been here 15 months. Overall, we’ve had a great experience. I love the updates they added - the new dog washing room (amazing!!!), they redid the dog park, and the sports court center. It’s awesome that you can reserve one of the pool for when family or friends visit. The complex always seems pretty well kept. We appreciated how dog friendly the complex is since moving with pets can be stressful. The people we’ve met at the complex have all been super friendly. We’ve also never had any issues with maintenance. I felt every time we had a request, they were pretty quick and got the job done (but we never had any major requests so that may be different). The units also have a washer and dryer in the units. Some of the other apartment complexes we looked at didn’t. And I love that the apartment complex provides fun little opportunities for the community members.I did want to give Colleen a shoutout because she’s always so helpful/friendly!I also want to share some cons since it’s hard to find an apartment complex that’s 100% perfect. The biggest con is that the walls are pretty thin so we can often hear our neighbors talking or their music playing. Luckily our neighbors have been pretty respectful so it hasn’t been an issue late at night. Another con is that even though our unit was pretty cute, we did notice some of the previous remodel was cheaply or quickly done (not a big deal but wanted to share in case that’s important for someone looking). And lastly, I wish the wood boards on the patio were closer together. Sometimes watering my plants or sweeping the patio is stressful since it’s hard to avoid debris from falling into the bottom unit.Overall, we had a great experience and glad we found it when we moved to the area.I can update my review to include our move out experience since I did t read some of the other reviews.”

“I recently moved in to a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. The complex is big and really well maintained. Every time we call to have something fixed or maintained they send someone over right away. The leasing manager is also really nice and attentive. The apartments are well maintained and spacious. The cabinets are a little outdated but they are in good conditions and can be overlooked while still decorating in a modern style. The only thing I didn't like was that we have to pay for water and trash, the last apartment the property management group paid for that. But it can be overlooked with the amenities that come with the apartment. The street that the complex is located on is a pretty busy street and when you leave your windows opened you can hear the traffic but we try to keep the windows closed since the insulation works so well here. On really hot days the apartment stayed cool and I liked that it comes with central AC and a nest. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is also a big plus and we were able to get a corner bottom unit. The other draw back is that the two parking spots are really far apart and whoever parks the farthest has a big walk. The other draw back is that due to covid we can't use the pool or jacuzzi. Overall, we are happy with the apartment and the neighbors are quiet and considerate and everyone leaves each other alone.”

“Moved here in oct I love it so far , it's quiet, people are friendly! The women who work in the leasing office are very friendly and helpful, when you put in a work order they take care of it in a timely manne! The landscaping is beautiful they keep the area clean! My apartment is nice I'm very comfortable here”

“I've lived in many places after spending 20+ years in the military, and I've never seen a property manager and maintenance team as good & as active as this one.Spend just 30 seconds talking to Kimberly, and you will see how much pride she takes in making sure this is a great community.You will see Kim or Jose daily, whether you come into the office or not. They are checking the area, fixing noticable issues & they always have a moment to listen to resident concerns... or to simply say hello.A good review from me has to be earned, and this review is WELL DESERVED.”

“Living here is good just a little high for rent. My lease is coming up in November and hopefully they don’t overcharge me because I’m tired of moving every year. Parking here is a hell hole. People purposely take there cars out and park both cars at night and take up spots which sucks. I know the people who come in late and we have fight for parking (not literally fighting)!! I work late so it difficult sometimes. Amenities are nice. Just would’ve known from the beginning that they charge you for stainless steal appliances and countertops that they put in there. Hopefully I can remove that from my rent and be less expensive”

“*****I want to update my previous review, I want to thank Betty from the leasing office, since the move in morning she called me and did everything possible to help us move in and fix everything.I feel I can breath again thanx to her . My only complaint is corporate leasing office just needs better communication with people so they don’t go through a rough experience. We are now in our new home and all thanx to Betty, we cannot thank her enough for her patience, kindness and willingness to help us. Thank you Betty !!!If I can give this complex a 0 I would . First there no leasing office or anyone to talk to all is emails and texts which they don’t respond to. We applied for a 3 bedroom apartment and they first make you pay deposit and say you are pre approved, make you sign a lease and so then after they can verify your information after they took your money . My “move in date “ is tomorrow and till this morning when asking for a secondary id from my husband they say they are going to cancel my application. After they emailed me yesterday saying everything is approved . Had to send verifications multiple times . I had already set up utilities and renters insurance so they can tell me no now . And they can’t even respond back appropriately this I feel in a hostile place right now I am stressed , emotionally affected by them for false advertisement and false hopes . They can even tell me fully I am denied or canceled . And to top it off they will refund my money via a check by mail in 2 to 4 weeks I paid them electronically not in a check . Now I don’t have a place to live thanx to verano . Stay away from them . I will be seeking legal help for this place it is not fair what they do to people .”

“Been living here 5 years it used to be great but now it's time to move. This place has turned into a revolving door. They finally got good management. Security sucks a lot of homeless people get in here. I came home from work last month a homeless man was sleeping in front of my door.”

“The courtesy patrol guy needs a raise! He's the only one who seems to truly care about the apartment tenants and complex. He's super friendly and does his job to the T. He is the saving grace to this complex and needs a promotion or something.”
