Pulled her mask down and coughed directly in my face. Nails were sloppy—holes, uneven coverage—and now I’m sick. Staff spoke everything but English, acted like my confusion was my fault. Place felt unsanitary and needs a health department check. Only went because there aren’t many nail options, but never again.

I was getting a pedicure and the woman next to me had toenail fungus. I heard them talking about it. When she left the guy only drained the spa and rinsed it before he had the next woman in it. They don't use the plastic sheath for the tub and there was no sterilization. I wish I knew this before I went there. I will not be back.

Worst customer service I've ever received! Learn some patience and how to speak to people! Very rude and dirty shop highly recommend going anywhere else but here! Worst

I've had many massages and I never knew what I was missing until I went to aromatherapy massage in Clearlake CaliforniaMost incredible massage ever highly recommend if I could give it more than five stars I would I'm a new customer and I will be back many times I'm sure Jenny was so kind and professional I thought I was getting good massages before this is by far the best

she is very nice and sweet! this is overall the best place i have been to get my nails done. and the least expensive for the set of nails i got. the nails i got were 65$ for the extra length and acrylic color definitely worth the price. the people who work there are very nice as we'll definitely worth it!!

Beautiful, detail oriented nail technicians who are very nice. There was actually a confusion about booking, and they stayed late to accommodate us.
