We moved our business bank account over to this location. It took over 2 hours to open the account, and the accounts we requested to be opened were not opened, as well as multiple other little things that did not happen as promised.The website login requires us to reset our password more than 50% of the time, and the website portal itself looks like it was made in the early 2000s.Customer service on the phone is snarky and has attitude. Generally not helpful.Overall we are not impressed and are switching banks after only a few months working with them.

There was a bigger woman named Vitelia or something like that and she was awfully rude! I have never in my life experienced such unprofessional service from any bank worker in my 7 years with Bank of the Sierra. I am never going to go to this bank location for it was a terrible waste of my time. I am so mad and irritated… definitely made me have a hay day.

Horrible Bank, opened up a company account, they didn't give me all my bank info, like routing, account to name a few. Online bank, you have to request it, even though you have it. They ordered checks without my company name, they accepted a check deposit with my name on it one day and the next they didn't. They gave me nothing but hassle and made my experience with them one that I will never forget.Horrible Bank, Pass on them, thank goodness they are only in central California...

Don’t get an account at this bank!!!! They charge excessive fees the second you make a mistake! They absolutely refuse to refund you. They basically stole $150 of my money (fees) When you complain they will promise to call you back and they never do. Also their ATM never works and forget withdrawing money on a weekend. Their mobile app and website is a joke when you want to do online banking, it’s the absolute worst. The one star is for the tellers inside the bank who are actually very nice.

New accounts get A 2 week hold on checks deposited. That's horrible costumer service if you ask me. This is why I didn't have an account for so long.
