Friendly service. Quick return. Dry cleaning was clean and uniform shirts were bright white. Early 6 am open is convenient and prices were good. Overall 5 stars!

Just returned from Regency I took a pair of linen pants in to have them hemmed shorter they have previously done a pair of pants a few years back. Two old ladies at the counter and I said I'd like these hemmed do you have a room I can try them on and someone can pin them for me because I didn't have any one to help pin at home... Here's the response... No we can't do that because if we do it wrong then you'll have to pay for it and then have us redo it again... What the hell? They're an alteration place... I don't think anyone wants to work anymore because these lazy ass bitches didn't do anything to help me... So I told her I would just do it myself and I said you're fucked! I do not recommend this place to anyone go somewhere else where you get some customer service!

I hate it when ppl like Maricela's boyfriend who was a problem customer lies. You know all the crap you " claimed " happened didn't. An inconsiderate and self centered man, parked in handicap stall . Therefore, nobody else could use it.People who like you are probably used to behaving like an inconsiderate Ass*Ole , wouldn't understand consideration of others! So, dry your fake and take it elsewhere, idiot!!

I show up today Friday 2/25/22 at 6:30PM before their advertised closing time according to Google (insert eye roll here). I have a small bag in hand ready to drop off. Only to find a lady locking the door and she looks up at me and walks away to turn all lights off. Disappointed.

Rude supervisor Karie - Very confrontational. Her and another old lady staff member were cussing and using vulgar language over a parking spot. I will never give this company my business who promote staff who act in this manner. There are much better ways to handle things than this. After all, we are living in a time where this behavior is meant for recording to show how some people overreact in situations. Bad service overall.

Terrible customer service. Unfriendly staff, rude and unprofessional. Was there dropping off clothes- worker was rude didnt say hello back ; was unhappy and clearly didn't want to be there or work. Will not be back

I have been using this dry cleaning location for years, and have always been very happy with my cleaning. Today I walked in to drop off a comforter for my daughter and the lady says it can't be dry cleaned. I told her it says it can be dry cleaned on the tag, and it's been done before. After continuing to argue with me I showed her on the tag where it says dry clean only. She said well I'm going to check your account to see if you brought it here before. I told her why does that matter it says dry clean only on it. I asked her to hand it back to me and left. Seriously I get that good help is hard to find but for God sakes your business can do without help like that.

May 28, 2021 Re: Regency Cleaners, Windmill Marketplace, 1865 Herndon Ave, Clovis CA Since I have retired, I have not gone to Regency Cleaners very much. I have never had a problem at Regency. I dropped off a king size comforter, and as usual prepaid. When I went to pick it up at about 1:00PM on May 28, 2021. (You might want to check your cameras). They had their COVID set-up and masks. I parked in the front and got out of the car. I stood behind the customer at the door, not to close, but definitely waiting behind her. She was dropping off and picking up, so it took longer. No big deal. She told the clerk how many items she was picking up. A car drove up on the side. The clerk took the clothes and walked out the side door following the customer in front of me to her car that was parked back a distance on the side. The customer carried an empty hamper. The clerk was gone longer than an easy exchange. No one appeared to be inside the cleaners. If they were, they were working in the back. After a bit, I looked around the corner and the clerk was standing in the back of the car talking to the lady she helped. All the while I am standing in the door way and another customer was waiting in a car on the side. When the clerk was finished visiting, she walked by the parked car, took her money and clothes. I said, can you please wait on me, I have been waiting, and I was holding my receipt. She said the car was here before you. I said no I was and started to explain. She immediately got angry and started talking over me and said something to the affect that I didn't have to be right. I had not ever used the drive-up option. I tried to ask her the procedure about the drive up. She would not answer me and not let me talk. She talked so she couldn't hear me or just ignored me. I said I was trying to ask her a question. She tossed my comforter in the basket in the door way and said there. In all my years in the work force or as a customer anywhere, I have never met an angrier, belligerent, rude individual. She actually scared me as being a very unstable individual. Her response was immediate anger. I took my comforter and will never return. Sharon H

I have been using this cleaners on and off for the last year. But I'm extremely upset to find out I dropped off 5 shirts to be pressed, I had already cleaned them, and they charged me $40 dollars for 5 dress shirts. I could have put that money towards new dress shirts if I would have know it would cost me that much. Especially since I already cleaned them. Never going back again because they could have called me just to confirm. 40 is a lot even when your not in a pandemic. I give it two stars because they do have wonderful people working there.

Too bad that I can't give this business a 0 star. OK, I called Regency to ask if they could "block" a crocheted blanket The manager said that they could block my crocheted blanket. I took my first crocheted blanket in and was pleased with the job they had done. I crocheted another blanket and took it to Regency to get blocked. (I had spent hours making this blanket and a little over $85 in yarn). The employee noticed 2 loose strands of yarn that I missed weaving into the blanket. She had me sign a form in case other loose strands came out, I assured her that none would, that I had just missed those two strands. She told me that I would still need to sign. Well, when I picked up my crocheted blanket and inspected it at home, I became angry, depressed & sad. Regency Cleaners ruined my crocheted blanket!!! There were numerous loops pulled out on both sides of my blanket. Too many to try to fix. I took my blanket back to Regency and tried to show the manager my ruined crocheted blanket and she didn't even have the decency to look at it. She just said that I had signed the form (in case any other threads came loose) and there was nothing that they could do. I told her that they should have told me that that would happen, I would not have left my blanket. I asked her if they could compensate me for the yarn, that my crocheted blanket was ruined. She said no. Do not sign any form(s) without reading it first! (My mistake) I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND REGENCY CLEANERS TO ANYONE!!
