“Kayleigh (hope I spelled it right) provided great customer service. I decided to go to Absolutely Postal, After leaving a postal annex store a few mins prior. The reason was, the worker at the postal annex told me I had to buy a WHOLE roll of packaging tape to seal my box, because he could not seal it for me. I believe due to me having pre paid shipping label, the postal annex worker knew he wasn't making a sale off me...Back to Absolutely Postal! Kayleigh greeted with a smile, sealed up my box and printed my receipt. I will continue to go to this location, they always provide great customer service no matter what tlu need. Sorry for the never leaving a review... yesterday's experience with BAD businesses makes you realize a good thing! Thanks again”

From the moment I walked in the door with a warm greeting from Alma, I knew this was going to be my go-to office supply store. (I live 4 minutes from Palm Desert Staples... so saying a lot I will drive to La Quinta) When I told Alma I was looking for thumb drives (on sale) she immediately directed me to standard location and to endcap displays as well. I also had a small printing job and Daniel was an angel... helpful, informative, and witty. So plan on visiting Office Max for supplies AND any printing needs. Thank you. Gem of a store.”
“I called here from Northern CA and went in to get a box for our move. They were professional on the phone and they were professional in person. This is the type of place that people are required to often pay for things they do not want to and are not particularly happy about it. Therefore, the reviews can often be lower than one would give a place they want to be spending money. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!”
“I do business at this store fairly often, and had noticed that an employee who seemed to be the manager was always friendly, efficient and caring. I had a very precious package that I wanted packed by the carrier and insured. It was irreplaceable, and fragile. I asked for her to do it personally. She did an excellent job, sent me photos of the stages of the packaging process and seemed. happy to provide the best service she could. My package did arrive safely and quickly and I just want everyone to know that this store can be trusted with your shipping and packing needs. Her name is Virginia. The other employees I've encountered have always been efficient and nice, as well. This has sadly become rare, and I want to thank UPS and this store in particular.”
