As it is a community center, it is shared by numerous clubs/organizations and events. It is generally respected and kept clean and ready for what's next. I have found the flag/pole not kept intact, more like a "pass the buck" thing.Parking is graveled and can be "hard" to keep your footing. This may limit the participation by seniors and those with physical challenges. But the grounds are nice and access to the building is good.

Had a baby shower in the smaller room and a Celebration of Life in the larger side and use smaller side for all the foods. Has a small area set up a a stage, drop down movie screen and equipment to use. Large full kitchen, refrigerator and stand up freezer. A/C Restrooms, many long tables & chairs, parking. Great place to rent for many occassions.

I rented space for twice a year 6 years for a craft fair. Rent was always paid, insurance was always paid, facility was always clean. I usually requested my date well in advance. Had a horrible time securing my space. I usually requested space by email or USP. Average secured space time was 3 plus months and usually verbal-so no record in writing December 2019 I had not entered my request for the next year as my xmas fair was very time consuming. Mean time another renter was not happy with their date. Hall manager gave them my next year's date-I was not told until January 8, 2020. I understand 1st come 1st served, however I had been a steady renter for 6 years. Further I was a board member for a number of years was forced to resign (claiming conflict of interest) This decision will cost me half of my business (a business that I do not profit from. Center has the best rental in the area. I just want them to admit what they did was unfair to me
