I toured 88 Hillside, La Terrazza, and South City Station which is managed by the same management team. I would like to share my personal experience touring here even though I didn’t end up renting here. The first thing that caught my eyes was the gym as it was a decent size and had some nice equipment. The apartment that I toured had a big laundry room near the front door entrance which I thought was really cool as I would be able fold my clothes in the actual room! They do have some retail parking in front of the building, but I wish there were more spaces as I like to invite friends and families over often, however, I noticed there was plenty of street parking when I went to tour. The Bart is conveniently located behind the property about a 5 minutes walk. Karen, the leasing consultant, was very kind and helpful! I ended up leasing at South City Station as the location suits my needs more.

Lived here about 3 years and all went well for the first 2. When we wanted to transfer to a larger apartment, we dealt with 2 leasing managers that told us two completely different contracts. It became highly confusing and when we
expressed our concern, rather taking their time to explain a complicated situation they got frustrated and got into a yelling competition with us. Threatened to make us redo paperwork and up the rent. Absolutely no compassion for their tenants. Steer clear of Ray.

Love the aesthetic of the apartments and the staff was very welcoming and answered all my questions about the property. Love the location as well, highly recommend if you’re looking for a new place.

Lived there for almost four years. The people who work in the building do care about your well-being and are very responsive when you need something -- maintenance was always done timely and the cleaning crew is friendly and helpful. Front desk is just a call away, and the management very generous with their time.
While we had to leave due to the rising cost of rent at the building -- which is corporate, not front-office matters -- I would recommend this place for families & those who want quick access to the BART. It's very safe and secure.
