I've been coming here for years. I love the girls at the front office and I love the honesty of the doctor. He does not try to take advantage of his customers. I have a lot of pets and each one has been saved and treated because of him.

If you are looking to save money this is the right place to take your pets; the Vet does not have great costume skills but he does his job. The girls in the office are nice.

Hours say closes at 2pm. Took time out of my lunch showed up at 1pm and they were already closed. Called them, they said they stop serving at 12…? Somethings not right there.
Was reading through other reviews and vet IS in fact scared of dogs… I thought it was just mine, I mean he is a big German shepherd BUT the vet would only see him through a fence he has in the back… ? and he in fact did overcharge the first time I took my dog. The second time i didn’t let him run the tests he said he needed.

First of all, they take forever to answer their phone and don't start answering it or calling you back until 11 AM for them to be closing at 12 PM. On top of that whoever the fuck the receptionist is is rude as fuck. I called to tell her that my dog is throwing up and pooping blood and she continues to keep cutting me off and says maybe the doctor can see me. Maybe he can help me in the time span before he gets off. But then she goes to say they're not an emergency hospital so they can't do much. I live 15 minutes away, so I was calling to see that if I got there, with the doctor, see him and treat him or would I be rushed out? She goes on to say well. If the doctor can't even do anything for your dog, it would have to be in that timeframe.

Staff was great, doctor was terrible. For one , the area doesn't look great at all . I came in to possibly get my dogs nose looked at after possible infection from a foxtail . I came and they told me to come talk to the doctor about pricing and when I did, I didn't feel comfortable one, the pricing is ridiculous, and two , I didn't feel comfortable leaving my dog somewhere where it looks like that. Not professional, then he said I owe him $30 for speaking with him for 2 mins. I told him , they didn't touch her nor examine her. They told me over the phone that she will get an entire exam done once she is here and then that will be $30. People need to stop worrying about getting money , and more for being professional and doing free (2 min) consults for customers just looking for quotes. - I was in the parking lot when he told me this, how are you gonna charge me $30 in a parking lot for speaking with me for 2 mins lol. He then tried to explain to me that it was his "Professional Opinion" that I was paying for telling me it might be allegories but he doesn't know because he didn't look at her once. The best part is he told me that I can pay now and then next time I come , I don't have to. Be more consistent if you're gonna throw out prices.

Have taken my dog here several times for shots and foxtail surgery but my maltipoo recently got fixed here and after four days seemed irritated. They gave me no pain meds, just antibiotics and after day four my dogs stitches ripped. She had to be rushed to emergency vet (Rca veterinary specialist) and they basically said the surgery wasn't done right. She had a severe infection that could have killed her. Had the stitches not ripped, my dog would have died from a severe infection. A $280 spayed cost me $6,000 to save my dog. She now has a gaping hole in her tummy that we have to get packed daily, costing us $347.50 daily just to change her bandages. We have to take her daily to have anesthesia to change her bandages and still have to pay for another surgery, when she is healed enough to get restitched back up. I'm praying she pulls through this because she is absolutely traumatized. I will never take my animals there ever again, not even for a shot!
