Overweight Mexican lady didn't want to honor $1.39 advertised Big Gulp refill for 53oz or more. She was arguing as if the 20¢ was coming out of her paycheck. After my purchase she than removed the entire pricing strip above the Soda dispenser that advertised the refill pricing. Ridiculous & rude attitude. I told her it's best she removed it if you don't want to honor it & than she denied taking down pricing & told me "I don't give a "F#€K". She is getto fabulous.

Today I go in and get the pizza and big gulp deal I ask the cashier on the price because she's overcharged me once again she gets mad at me and calls me a pendejo I explain I'm asking a question and she argues and says chinga tu madre, if this lady doesn't like her job why is she there? Her boyfriend was working with her so I think she felt some type of way but the customer service is bad and the way they run the store is horrible, her boyfriend would keep looking at my cousin so perverted when she would go buy something that my cousin wouldn't even want to go in the store any more management really needs to stop this asap

Last week, I went in to purchase a large iced coffee on promotion. The cashier, "Julio", hispanic, (and a creep), wanted to overcharge me. I opened up the app on my phone and showed him the promotion. He still wanted to overcharge me. What rude and unprofessional place and employees.

Was charged $71.58 on my credit card on 08/13/21 @4:00am. I was sound asleep at that time. The next day (today) I go to this location and ask a an older man, Mexican with short buzzed hair “did you work last night around 3-4 am?” He says yes, I begin to explain what the issue is and show him my account summary and I see his face tense up and he no longer wanted to help me so I asked him if he had the owner/manager’s number and name he said no. I focus my attention on the other worker a lady who was more knowledgeable she says that the manager was the only person who can check the receipts and refer to computers and camera to see this bogus charge to my account. She told me to come back Monday morning and Antonio (the manager) will be there and he will have the access to get to the bottom of the investigation. I since have canceled my card, I didn’t lead with accusations but I do strongly feel that they are hiding something. The woman’s name was “Berta” or “Alberta” I did not catch the other guys name. Even though I was told to come Monday morning I will be coming tomorrow (Sunday morning) due to me googling how long does 711 keep track of there cameras footage it says no more that 48 hours if I come Monday morning that maybe enough time for the footage to be erased/reset. If “Antonio” isn’t there tomorrow and I can’t get to any resolution I will be calling the police and pressing charges. I have screenshots of all my information and I will be fully transparent as I hope 711 will be. Thank you and see you soon.
