When I bought the shoes the I used for my vacation I never meant to return it, but the botton of the right shoe came off. When I went to the store Aldo in Victoria Garden, this guy told me: if you don't have the receipt, nothing I can do. I said "I don't want my money back" I want another exact shoes. But it didn't work.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst customer service. I just finished shopping here and the lady in the register treated my mother poorly. They didn’t even let her know that it was a $1 for a bag for her item before charging her. When my daughter had just purchased something and they didn’t charge her anything for the bag for her item ? My mom felt really discriminated. We love Aldo but after this experience I honestly am sick to my stomach I wanted to return the items but my mother is very kind and doesn’t speak up but thankfully I was there. I will not tolerate any discrimination towards my mother and I will stand up for her . It’s not about the $1 bc we spent money at your store it’s about the feeling you made my mother feel !!! DO BETTER !!!!

I went to this location to EXCHANGE pair of shoes I had worn once for an award. I know the return policy and I've worked at multiple shoe companies but my intention was to buy MORE. The guy with the bald head, glasses, mustache and attitude saw my shoes thst I wanted to exchange and said "Sorry my boy, we don't return shoes that have been worn so these are final sale". First off, I'm a grown man that pays bills on the daily and the word boy is usually used in a derogatory term/phrase in the south/midwest! I'm so glad I'm going through corporate to get this simple easy task performed so I don't have to worry about being called boy again. And I wanted to buy more which we know conversion and UPT are essential in retail but oh well never coming back to this store

I been to the store many times but last July and yesterday i brought merchandise from them but they didn’t offer us shopping bags. Employees and rewards options was great. I am happily give them 5out of 5 if they gave me shopping bags.

Worst customer service ever!.I was at the register they noticed it was a wrong size so I went back and look for the right size, the cashier run to me and told me to do not open all the boxes, so I ask her how can I shop if I don't open the boxes? Are you going to pick one for me? Because the reason I am opening the box so I can see the shoes because some is defective. I ask the manager why is your cashier is not letting me open the box? He said she was just helping me. Clearly not! The manager don't even know how to respond to my question. Poor management training I will never go back to this place again. Do not judge the book by the cover.

I bought Aldo sandals. One pair thorn after 2 times of wearing that. The Aldo at citadel didn't accept the return. They just offered me new pair of the same sandal which I didn't want to use since I was not satisfied with them. And when I told them I dont want the same pair of shoes they told me it's your only option. You have no other option. Fortunately, the Aldo at UTC mal San Diego returned the money easily in a great manner. I will never go near this store again
