Called asking if they had a certain style in stock there, they said they did in the size I needed, only to get there to find out that they don't even carry that style in store.

On one of the busiest shopping days/sales of the year, Black Friday deals specifically excluded "classic black and white" - smh, I guess they knew what I came for... Staff was helpful, and door guards helped to keep a portion of the lines outside so it wasn't too insanely crowded.

I shopped there today (09-14-23). Employees were very friendly and helpful. Maybe they have had some additional in-service training, improving their customer service skills.

Great products.Disappointing service. Samantha , the cashierLiterally felt like she didnt want to be there working on how rude she is. I dont know who hurt her. Certainly not the way to provide costumer service.

The woman at the door controlling the line is super rude. There are limited numbers of people inside but she kept the line super long. And she handed the coupon to some costumers but not us.
