Horrible, I made a return two months ago and they have not yet returned my money. If I can give a 0 I would they kept my changeI split half card half cash $63 each gave them one hundred and never got my change back they rung up the split as 63 dollars not hundred cash.The kid had to ask the boss 3 times to ask her how to split the payment. They said they only do online receipts they were insisting on the email. The kid was singing and dancing in the process of helping me out . I thought they put my change in the bag but nothing was there. I was in the rush I didn’t find out until after I got home I’ve been calling them for hours and they don’t answer

Worst lids I been was rush to buy a hat at 855pm told me I had to leave because store was closed pretty much got kicked out well they definitely lost a every week customer!!!

I went during Christmas Eve day and some of the employees were rude. I asked for prices about the baseball cards and one Hispanic kid barely acknowledged me and said "it's about 20 bucks". Instead of really checking the price. Another employee was telling people at the door that it was closed already when it was not time yet. One of the girls had braids on with a dodgers jacket on. All while they were laughing about it. How do y'all run a business like this ?!! I wanted to go back real soon but I remembered this terrible experience! No thanks besides it's already a hard place to get to!

When I went, the workers were not friendly and were not welcoming. One day I went to buy a hat for a family member’s birthday and as I walked in, there was a worker (short, blonde with brown roots, a bit chubby) was attending another customer and as he left, the worker began to explain to her other worker how she hated that man and she began to say rude things about the man and using vulgar language about the man.

Place is overpriced. If you think you can save money here because it's in the outlets you'll be surprised. They charge 2X+ as much the same stuff compared to Amazon + outlet tax. They charge $32 for a $15 hat and they didn't even follow their own price posted, nor the sale sign outside the window. Stop price gouging!
