This has been the worst metro I’ve been to Just went in yesterday with my husband to purchase a new line as soon as I walked in I said hi and none of the girls greeted me back I was completely ignored . “ Amy “ was the one who helped us and she over charged us for a tempered glass she said was included. We were charged $30 for a glass when I normally go in it has always been $20. Oh and the worst part was we walked out without her activating the phone for us we had to put the SIM card and activate it on our own . Worst customer service save ur time.

Horrible service went in to buy a new phone for my dad and I didn't realize they charged me for a phone case that I didn't request I thought the case was free with phone purchase since some stores do that, called back after I got home to ask why they charge me for a case I didn't request and they said it comes included with the phone, but no where in the store do they have a sign posted letting customers know that in order to get a phone you MUST purchase an accessory and she still laughed over the phone saying I wasn't able to get a refund!!! Ridiculous her name was Cecilia.. and she's the so called store manager

I love this store. it has improved a lot the last couple of years. Customer Service was great. I was greeted as i walked in. i went in a couple weeks ago on a busy Wednesday evening day and yet the girls were very calm, fast, and in a very cheerful mood. They answered my questions to the best of their Knowledge. Guided me through my Purchase and even took time to help me set all my accounts back up. i did over hear there was an issue with a payment but the girl went an extra mile and helped couple make payment through their phone. 100% will come back and recommend this store.

Do not come here they were extremely rude to my parents when they went to activate a phone for me. Just avoid this store over all. I wouldn't even do my payment here.
