My fiancé and I were recommended to this Perry Ellis by a friend. We drove from LAX to Citadel to find a Tux for our wedding. My hubby came in undecided on a type of blue he wanted to wear. Thankfully Yulissa was there to help us. She was God sent! She listened to his likes and provided us with options. My hubby didn't even have to try on the second suit he was eyeing because he ended up falling for her recommendation. Yulissa was so patient with us while being the only one on the floor. She assisted with putting on the accessories that went beautifully with the suit. She guessed his size didn't even have to measure him and it fit perfect! She gave us her expert opinion and came out of there so quick and pleased. Excellent service by Yulissa! She knows how to do her job so well. Below are a few pictures of our trip. My camera lightening doesn't do justice for the beautiful color this suit is.

I was in need of a black suit for a special event and even though I was shopping during the height of the Christmas season, the staff was incredibly helpful and patient. I am clueless when it comes to clothes shopping, especially for formal clothes. Normally I take my wife to help pick out the clothes and be my fashionista, but she wasn't available this day. I really needed something off the rack that could be worn as is without tailoring and it had to fit a specific color scheme. Yulissa came to my rescue and she was incredible. Not only did she help me find the perfect attire, but she had to search all over the store and in the store room to find my size and matching pants, shirt and jacket. I was very indecisive and tried on multiple styles and sizes. Yulissa was extremely helpful and had a great attitude, giving me her honest opinion about how the items looked and whether each article was a proper match or not. She has a great eye for style and my wife was very pleased with the outfit she helped me put together. If you need a nice suit off the rack, I was very pleased with the selection and styles from Perry Ellis and if she's working the day you go, make sure you ask for Yulissa to help, as she's superb!

Went in to look for a suit. I looked at a few blue suit jackets and they all had very noticeable flaws in the fabric and some had stains on them. Disappointing quality. Also there were three employees there in the store and they did not even acknowledge that we were there also never offered assistance. This was early Saturday morning 8/20.

The customer service here is terrible. They're all so rude. I've gone here twice and I'm been given attitude after asking simple questions. Don't come here!

Has really gone down hill. They don't talk to you at all. Had to change in the little corner because no one opened a fitting room. The one guy was listening to his air pods not paying attention. The store looks like it's going out of business. I don't know what happened. Used to be greeted and helped from start to finish.

I’ve always walked passed The store when ever I’ve been to the citadel in the past and I’m very happy I chose to walk into the store today. I bought 3 very soft comfortable polo shirts along with very comfortable brown shoes. I know where I’m going to start coming whenever I need clothes. Store interior and exterior is very nice and clean!

No one greets you when you come in. The staff working there just talking and talking without acknowledging customers coming into the store.

Updated hours on Citadel website & Perry Ellis show that have been recently updated and now close at 9 pm, especially since CA is fully open as of today. We tried coming in about 8:23pm, doors were locked and there were 2 employees who were still inside & around the store. I called about 4 mins later and they had the audacity to pick up the phone and say they close at 8:30. Although it was before when we got to the door and it was already locked, and even when the call was made prior, the employee said my clock shows 8:30 and we're now closed. I let him know we we're just coming in for a size exchange but said they were "closed." Closed enough for walk in clients, but available to take calls over the phone? If you would really be closed, no doors or calls would be answered. Seems like these employees make sure to close over 40 mins before to make sure they leave on time, great service Perry Ellis. Second bad experience in this location within a few days. ?
