We came in on Friday May 27 to return an online order. I have to say we got great service from Marcy with the hot pink hair and great finger nail design of Homer Simpson . Normally they don't take online orders back in the store due to items are sent from the warehouse. We ordered Timperland steel toe boots size 11 and received Catapiller soft toe boots size 12. Unfortunately this store did not have the boot we needed but the Downey store did. Even though we had to make that lil'trip to Downey from City of Commerce we still felt satisfied. Thank you very much for the great service.

Came in today with my friend to go boot shopping for work. The store was very neat. Organized and they carried a pretty good selection of work boots and work attire as well. We were assisted by Miranda! She was amazing and knew her soles inside and out! Meaning her boots! Very knowledgeable, Do not under estimate her. very sweet and friendly as well! She is more than accommodating! Promote this woman asap!!

The employees are friendly and helpful. I have gotten 10 pairs of boots from them and never had a any problems. And if they don't have your boot in stock they will order them for you right away.

I was treated horribly by the store manager. She accused me of stealing before I even check out at the register. Manager even goes as far as copying my info without my permission. No customer service at this store. It is amazing that the store still in business. I took my business to Work Boot in North Hollywood and I was treated much nicer and cheaper in price with the same brand and model boot.

Maricela (red head since I just took a glimpse at her name badge) has terrible customer service. She really doesn't know how to respond and work well under pressure. Disgusting attitude!!! I heard her tell a customer she did not speak Spanish, but I heard it speak it well not long after. From my observation I believe she's very friendly with males she finds attractive which isn't right. Out of everyone she attended while I was there she was only exceptional to one.

Maricella went above and beyond to help me with an issue at the Norwalk location because the manager from that store refused to help me. I appreciate the time she took to help me amend the issue I was having. 5 stars all around

Okay the customer service here is amazing! Maricella and Miranda make a great team very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. My husband has purchased a couple pairs of work boots and when he did have a slight fitting issue he was able to return them with such ease. We will definitely be coming back to this location. Customer service over everything!

Absolutely great customer service from Miranda. Attentive and goes above and beyond. She moves as if it was the Olympics of who can provide the best customer service. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because after my purchase I went hone and checked their website out of curiosity and learned the same item # was $19 less on their website. They would not honor that price unless a manager was on site during the week and since I don't have time during the week I decided to return them.

Just came to this store and had the worst experience and to top it off she is the manager. (Maricella) Ive been to this store a couple times this week to exchange (not refund) shoes because for some reason they were tight in the steel toe area. So I exchanged twice from my first purchase. Both times because they didnt have a wide in my size. Never wore the shoes other than to try them. Store clearly says "90 days for returns/refunds" if shoe is not worn. Now everytime I exchanged I actually hade to pay more because they didnt have "wide" in that model shoe first time $60or more and then another 30 added to that the last exchange. The manager (Maricella) tells me " I dont want to see you in my store again so make sure this is the pair". I left it alone and walked away but then I came back and just asked for a full refund so that in case the shoes didnt fill right once I was able to wear both and walk around, I wouldn't need to return. And since the first pair of shoes didnt fit me right i was force to buy some at Walmart for half the price and great for wide feet. So I didnt even really need the pair anymore. Maricella is so rude she satrted yelling at me started to check receipt over and over. She even called the store of original purchase (Norwalk) to ask for receipt and all that trouble she did, held up the line for nothing. Because the store lost my sale and a customer. I still got my refund. Sorry for the other staff members they were great. Maybe this store should look into new management.

First time to this location, 3 employees for a store with a decent amount of customers who all looked with the intent to buy. One employee young man very helpful friendly and willing to help one, another young lady at the register but went to break while we were there, then lastly a middle aged Hispanic female wearing a back brace. Let me tell you she had the worst attitude, we had to ask for help multiple times due to we just couldn't get our size quite right. No one offered us to be fitted and when we asked for another size and a boot that wasn't a steel toe she responded with "you didn't know it was a steel toe?" Very loud and with a can't be bothered to help attitude. For someone who as has worked retail before this is beyond unprofessional and uncalled for.

The employees here should take a field trip to red wings down the street and observe the difference in how they treat their customers. BIG difference. They sounded like they were SO bothered when my husband asked his first couple questions. Maybe they just aren't knowledgeable about the product that they sell. Who knows. We left to red wings and got there 15 minutes before they closed and they STILL treated us with great customer service

The young lady at the store was rude. She explained we couldn't try on the left shoe unless we were going to buy the shoe but I explained we needed the left shoe. As a person with a disability I always try on the left shoe to ensure I'm comfortable. I'm very disappointed and will never ever come here again.

I went shopping for work boots at the Norwalk store. I was asked if I needed help as soon as I walked in the store. It was a smiling lady named Cynthia that helped me shop for the boots. She showed me where work boots were on display, then she backed off and gave me space to browse. She kept an eye on me and was available to answer questions and grab shoes that I wanted to try on. Cynthia was very helpful!! I recommend shopping here!
