We went to Vinfast citadel this past week. Aaron Perez was our sales representative and he was amazing! He got us into a 2025 vf8 that worked for us and our budget and we absolutely love it! It’s stylish, smooth, tech loaded and very comfortable. Aaron was a gem he never made it seem like he was selling us the car he really did guide us and he gave us space to make decisions rather than force them at us. We have been to many dealerships and in many situations where it just didn’t feel right. But Aaron really did a great job in making us feel comfortable. We will definitely be back to work with him to get vf9.

Had a very disappointing experience with a salesperson at the citadel location. I think her name is Diana? Anyway we were trying to lease a VF8 sport which my partner loved. We started the lease process early Friday afternoon and still didn't have an answer by Saturday morning. My credit is excellent, decent income, low debt. I just bought a Hybrid Hyundai Elantra 2 years ago. My partner gets a hold of her and she doesn't tell him we've been approved. Instead she tells him we need to fix my employers name even though she has the approval. At this point I've had enough and decided to withdraw my application. Then she says..but you were approved. Sorry Diana, that's no way to sell someone a vehicle. Do better.
PS: stop nickle and diming customers for paint and interior colors on a lease.

Had a very pleasant experience with Billy Tran with my 2nd lease VF8. Everything was smooth and quick as he offered to deliver the vehicle to my work while picking up my lease return. Would recommend anyone need to lease or buy a Vinfast with him

It started off as a good experience but it’s only been a few days and I already have issues. The trunk doesn’t close correctly and the amount of times we have called to get answers to other issues has been extremely frustrating. Nobody has answers apparently.

Aaron Perez did it! He gave it everything he had to get us the car, the color, and the deal we were hoping for.
Then, to finalize the transaction, he drove the car to our house to close the deal. Bravo to Aaron and to everyone else at Citadel for getting us into the car we wanted. Great job!
