It seems that A & F is going ((online)) only like so many other retailers to bring ((((SHOPLIFTING!!!!)))) to a grand halt. So there will be no in person shopping any longer. See the result of what a few ((Bad Apples)) can do.

They have a new hire on the cash register by himself! Theres like 5 people on the sales floor and no one is there to assist him! Had to wait like 20 minutes to get checked out ??♀️ was about to leave and just order online. So annoying.

Be 100% sure of the purchases you make. I bought clothes for my son (who was not with me), some things did not work out. Went to return the things that didn't work out THE NEXT DAY just before closing. I had the receipt and the tags were obviously still attached. They tried to issue me store credit when I payed with cash. The girl (Lindsey) told me they didn't have enough money for the return, without even looking in either of the three cash registers. She wanted to give me store credit or told me to come back. I told her none of those senerios worked for me. Another person came, opened the register and refunded my money.

I personally don't shop at this store. Iwas shopping for my daughter for college. I inquired to (2) associates inventory of several items. She in turn asks Rebecca supervisor on duty. She was extremely rude, condescending. She pushed me aside like I didn't exist. She lacks customer service big time. I'm appalled that Abercrombie employs very young supervisors with NO hands on experience with customers. I was so insulted, and frustrated. I pulled her aside to let her know her behavior towards me is unacceptable. Just because I'm in my 60's doesn't mean you get to disrespect me. I contacted customer service and filed a formal complaint. I'm awaiting for their response how they will handle this matter.

I ordered a top to pick up curbside & when I rec'd confirmation that it was ready for pick up, drove to the location & spoke with a live person who said "um yah we'll be out in a while, what kinda car are you in?" I gave her the information & 30 minutes later she never came out to deliver my package. When I called the next day to speak to a manager (Jessica) who is obviously not in the right role said "umm like what time did you call, umm like did you talk to someone, umm I need more time to figure out what happened?" I had already explained what happened but in her vapid state of mind obviously couldnt comprehend that someone had dropped the ball! At that point, I was extremely frustrated and dropped the F bomb (not at her but in general to express my frustration) to which her response was "umm dont talk to me that way!" Never once taking accountability or reflecting as to why I was frustrated while even talking to her! I had to repeat myself several times & she still couldn't comprehend what I was saying! Mensa! This business is ill equipped to do business with anyone with an IQ & explains why I never shop Abercrombie & F!

It's the pandemic and we're trying to not go inside stores. My daughter saw a shirt she liked online but we weren't too sure on the sizing so we ordered a shirt online and opted for curbside pickup. That way, we can try it on in the car and walk it back in to return if it didn't fit. It was so easy! ANF emailed me with the status every few days. The emails basically said don't go to the store until you hear from us. Then boom, it was at the store. All the information for curbside pickup was included in that last email. Pulled up to the curbside pickup spots and clicked "here for pick up" in the last email. Enter in some info about my car so they know which car to bring it to. The shirt fit. I'd definitely shop ANF with curbside pickup again.

I visited this location on 6/21 because I needed to do a return of an online purchase and this was the closest open store. The store manager assisted me with my transaction and was very professional. Initially she did not want to take the return. They had been overwhelmed with returns and she was concerned about keeping employees and customers safe in addition to keeping returns completely separated from new merchandise. Because of the distance I had to drive and that no closer locations were open, she agreed to the return - saving me another trip.
