A guy from this shop ordered a very hard-to-find perfectly working seat belt assembly from me on **** for an older Benz to be used on their customer's car. I'm going out on a limb and doing something i've never done before: Giving a rave review about a service b e f o r e they've fixed a problem. Because Charlie and Brandon at Advanced Auto Services immediately impressed us with their candor and honesty. Charlie has himself owned two Miatas so I believe they'll be able to solve the malady in my gal's pristine '01 Miata before long.We'll be back soon with a follow up. But for now, a tentative two thumbs up and a 10.

Charlie was a great help! He looked into all the problems I brought up and he was knowledgable and helpful throughout. As I was leaving I saw him speaking with other customers who were in line. He was just as friendly and worked the room to make them feel welcome. I found my go to mechanic now.

The owner, Charlie, gives different prices every time we talk and is not honest. He had an attitude of ignoring people. I talked to myself and left without listening to what the other person said. This is a place you should never go to.

Charlie and his team fixed an electrical problem with my 23 year old Jeep Cherokee that other garages and the dealerships wouldn't touch. My Cherokee is in great shape, despite its age, but developed an issue with its fuse box. That part was discontinued 7 years ago. Other garages and two dealerships would just say "we can't get the part" and stop. No suggestions. The implication being throw your car out, it's outdated. (Yes, pick-a-part places had already been tried.) Charlie said he and his guys fix such issues often and to bring the car in. He basically fixed the part rather than replacing it. I know that's not text-book, but there is no text-book solution here. Very happy my Cherokee is in perfect working order again. Highly recommend for electrical.

These guys deserve 10 stars. My regular garage sent me to a bodyshop to repair my accidented car that had severe damage and that I couldn't safely drive anymore. They said they need to remove the front bumper in order to fix what needed to be fixed. These guys at Advanced auto services were able to fix the essential without removing the front bumper and they worked hard to find me cheap pieces so I can drive my car safely without paying several thousands $. All of it done in less than 2 days! I came back with my husband's car another day and they fixed the issue quickly and for very cheap. Highly recommand.

The worst customer service ever. I called him (Owner Charlie) very politely to ask how much will be my service and he shouted at me for no reason and told me he cant tell how much it will on the phone, he needs to see the car and said f*** you to me and hung up his phone. Who does that to its customer?! Very2 rude service.
