I wish I would have seen the other recent bad reviews to set my expectations accordingly for my online free store pick-up. The items were not available within 24 hours as promised on the website. In fact, it’s been 6 days and I still hadn’t received anything about my order. Called the store and rude associate gave no explanation or apology for it having been 6 days, and of course items were out of stock. Then she hung up on me when I asked for refund. Had to cancel my order through the customer service line. These items were on sale and now I’ll have to reorder online at higher price. Will not be shopping at this location.

Amazing customer service experience with Tatiana and Pearlishia today. Haven’t shopped here in a few years and misunderstood the new rules regarding purchases online vs in store during a last minute purchase. Both saved the day and relieved a headache of frustrations allowing me to walk out of the store with an item I needed. Thank you again ladies!

Be careful with those unprofessional staffs especially the man who is standing by the door on the second floor is completely a rude person. The cashier left the alarm on T-shirt when i was paying on the register and the guy just pulled the bag from my hand very rudely even though he saw the receipt in the bag that he knew that was their fault he didn’t even apologize from their mistake and kept treading us very poorly right in frond of everyone. the other lady just appeared who also works there forced me to go back to downstairs and tell their people to remove the alarm from the item. The issue was completely their fault, instead of saying a quick apologize and fix their issue they are there to make you to feel sh*t . I’m not coming that store again. absolutely not worth it. Try other forever 21 not this place.

This store shows they open at 10am on Saturdays they aren't even open! A hang your stir advertising for hours you make people waste their time!

The store was ok, but the people who work there were extremely rude. The person at the counter today kept refusing to accept returns and gave zero advice on what we could do. She clearly didn’t seem interested in helping and was bored out of her mind to even be there. Recommend not going to this specific store

This retailer deserves zero rating. I complained to customer service about being refused change from my store gift card. CA Consumer law 1749.5 states if the customer requests change in cash and the balance is $10 or less the retailer is obligated to return it. No wonder so many stores have closed. The head honcho is clueless about customer satisfaction and that it's directly tied to their revenue declining. I can run this company better and I don't have a business degree. American Eagle Outfitters returned my change when I contacted customer service. This retailer thinks they can treat their customers like s*** and we'll return. I contacted them 2x, their response is going MIA on me. Their clothes are cheaply made, like s**** I read many reviews people would wear them once and it falls apart. They said a team member will get back to me, huh, I'm not holding my breath and it's been 2 weeks. It's their loss not mine! I will take my business elsewhere, many other retailers treat their customers with more respect then this one does!!!
