She did a wonderful job with my haircut. Finally found someone who truly knows her craft and understands the needs of her clients. I have thick coarse hair and she took her time and gave me exactly what I wanted.

This was my first experience with threading, and Kay was wonderful. She is so kind and pleasant, and her technique is super gentle. I have a skin condition that can be very painful, and Kay really cared and went slow so that I didn't have any tearing at all. I would recommend her to anyone.

Weird reaction to a pinged apple watch that was stolen and listed at their location. Weird and defensive reaction from staff. To where it makes me think they know which item I'm talking about. Completely rude.

My not-so-great DIY haircut lead me to Kay, and I'm so grateful it did! She did a wonderful job fixing my uneven hair and made it look really cute! I followed another Yelper's advice and washed my hair just before my appointment. Kay is a very nice woman, and she listens to what you want. I'll definitely be returning for my next haircut.

I have been going to Kay for haircuts for several years with excellent results. At my requests for change, she has given me different styles of haircut and I like every one of them. She is friendly, soft-spoken, and very skilled. I usually can only give her minimal instructions, such as “I want a short summer haircut,” because of my limited knowledge. My go-to! I have been seeing Kay since I have moved to the East Bay. I will not let any one else touch my eyebrows. I have difficult/uneven brows and she still manages to make them look good. Haircuts are also top notch. I will have my hair cut done when I'm out of my pandemic rut. Making an appointment is easy, just text. She's very nice, easy to talk to, skillful.. I hope business picks up for her.. Make Kay your go-to!!
