This is great location it is always clean super friendly environment and great staff ,This morning Daniel and I went in as walk in he got seen fairly quickly and Miz was his stylist He was amazing all the way around he was so kind and thoughtful listened to what we wanted did super amazing job . We are absolutely Fans and my other half will be going back regularly to see him❣️

Fast and professional,
I came with my 5-year-old son, I wasn't sure about bringing him here, but from the moment we arrived the service was super good, Erin attended to us and was super charismatic and professional, asking my son all the time if he was okay, she changed the television to cartoons, I especially recommend Erin.

So rude!! The customer service I experienced today was unacceptable for a retail establishment. Luis does not know how to answer the phone properly. He wouldn’t give me the name of the owner when I asked. He said that information isn’t allowed over the telephone. There’s no secret to who the owner is, so I don’t understand why he couldn’t just tell me. He told me I had to physically go there to find out. I confirmed if I physically walk in there could he tell me and he told me no, that I need to talk to the manager. In all honesty, it’s comical! it makes me not want go in there. I suggest they train Luis on customer service. I could just hear him rolling his eyes as we were talking. Not ok!!

This is our choice place to get my son's haircut. He is age 5. He has a good time doing as the grown up and older kids do with getting a haircut. The vibe is like a sports bar without the food and drinks.

12/09/2023. Was there at 9:20am checked in. Another person walked in after 10 min and was taken immediately by female staff member without letting me know the reasons why she took that person in. I can understand if this was appointment person maybe but without letting someone waiting know.. mind you I am the only one sitting there for the past 15min. These guys are lacking serious customer service and communication. Let alone didn’t seems to think it matter at all to talk to the customer already sitting there. I have been going to this place on and off .. but dude this the first I see them with this type of customer service. I have the left . Without saying anything. In my opinion they should learn how to engage and talk to customers that are waiting it’s now 9:45 and I have left.
