Was going for the first time a few months back when I get called stupid and berated for trying to use the wrong door, never had someone just insult me like that, was very rude and weird male staff, I won’t be returning.

The owner doesn't have any idea how to treat customers! I was walking through the aisles to see what they had. When I cross a path where I can't go through (which I didn't know because there wasn't any sign), he yells at me & said... heeey, are you blind?! You can't go there. I looked back, confused because, like I said (NO SIGN). An employee said... I'm sorry it felt. I said that to the owner & he said... NO, YOU DIDN'T LOOK & READ. I walked away because I wasn't trying to have any argument with anyone. So I took some time looking for some wines when the same employee came to said... I have to leave because they have to close in 5 min, when they supposed to close at 12 & in that moment was exactly 9:15pm.
I have never been there, NEVER AGAIN FOR SURE, and that person really needs to learn how to treat people. Maybe I was taking some time deciding what I wanted but he can't be like that, I'm a customer & I have the right to take some time to decide what I want, I'm paying for it!

This place is
very terrible service. Especially with women! I went to get a drink and when I got back to my car it wouldn't open, I had to wait for help to get into the car and the sun was 102 degrees, I waited inside the store and I was thrown out because the super friendly and charismatic owner, employee, whatever, threw me out saying that I couldn't stay inside even though I told him that my car broke down and I was waiting for help, even if I bought something or not, I couldn't stay there. And he yelled at me to get out and go straight to the exit. Is this money laundering? Why is it not possible that a business like this is still open.

terrible terrible terrible service, I wanted to understand what makes a person work if they don't want to work, stay at home, go work in something that doesn't deal with the public, I still can't believe the service from the night boy, rude, rude and without any reason for what! This store, from what I see in the reviews, needs to be closed urgently!!!!! If you are a woman then run away from this store!

Way way over priced. For some reason they think you can be rude to people and then when less people show up, they markup the prices in an attempt to make the same amount of money. This works, until no one shows up. Place is empty of people and it's bad management. I give it 1 year before they close

I Just Went to Super 8 on Clayton Rd the guy there was so Racist & Rude I Totally Understand why he had no customers ??He was so Damn Ignorant & Impatient at the same time I can Honestly see this Liquor Store Going Out of Business Soon If your African American Don’t Spend No Money with This Liquor Store!

Had a very bad experience there this evening around 6pm. Cashier/owner's son called me a racist after he ripped my lottery ticket in half. He came out of the store and stood behind my car detaining me from leaving. I kept screaming at him to move and he wouldn't. He said he was videoing and taking a picture of my car but this went on for about 5 minutes. I called 911. He was scaring me. Another car left and I was able to go around and leave. Very shady and unstable person. I'll never give them my business again. Zero customer service skills.

Horrible service walked in with my friends to buy a buzz ball and made all of us wait outside except for the one that was purchasing who was a female (We were all of age) and not to Mention the big buzz ball was 32$ regularly they are $22 overall horrible customer service, owners a d!ck head

The worst store in Concord. You walk in and it's a maze of boxes. Very dirty and the help is the worst. I asked for help with some scrach offs and he was indignant to me.The store should be shut down.

I’ve been stopping at this store, since I moved into the neighborhood, in 1997. The owners/clerks are all very friendly and recognize me, upon entering the store. They take an active interest in the community members who patronize the store and provide personal service. It’s old fashioned customer service, which is appreciated. The selection of liquors and beer is excellent and reasonably priced. Everything from nips to jugs is easy to find, all types and brands.
