BEST GYM IN TOWN!!! The workouts are fun and led by personal trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. The music is perfection and the atmosphere is awesome. You will not do the same workout twice and if you go you will see the results no question. It's a life changing gym experience and I recommend it highly to anyone looking to start their fitness journey! It's a quick 30 minute workout that leaves you feeling like you can take on the world. NO EXCUSES!!!

I've been going for about a month now and the workout is amazing. Full body workout With a different workout each time. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and really teach You 1 Round at a time! Highly recommended if you want to sweat and burn fat!

I started coming to this location right when it opened, I was so excited to have a 9 round in CDM! The gym is super spacious and the trainers are amazing and so welcoming. They are very attentive and always make every workout a great experience! It's an awesome challenging cardio and strength workout that I look forward to doing multiple times a week. This is a fabulous location, can't recommend enough!

The owner is super welcoming and patient with newcomer while also pushing to improve. The staff will take the time to show you each exercise and help you improve your form while you’re working out.

Great location, excellent facility, and the trainers are welcoming and motivating! I love the workouts because they're high energy and also strength focused. After every workout I feel amazing!!! Don't hesitate to try a workout or join, I've seen amazing results physically and mentally, definitely recommend for all levels!!

I first did a trial workout with Mike as my trainer, and really enjoyed the experience. He was attentive, energetic, and made it a very positive and fun experience overall. The personal coaching made sure that i got a complete workout of a wide range of muscle groups. Having the heart rate monitor readout on multiple screens made staying in the zone easy for me, as well as helping the trainer challenge me to the optimal level without burnout. At the end of the workout, I felt great and the 30 minutes of workout felt like 15. I think switching 9 completely different workout stations keeps it interesting. Also, the close attention that the trainer paid to the heart rate keeps you from burning out before the workout is over, while still giving you a good challenge. In summary, I've never had so much fun in n a workout, and I look forward to many more to come. I recommend this to anyone who wants a well balanced workout who is prone to boredom in conventional workout classes. The bonus is the fact that a trainer is always with you and you start whenever you are ready, as there is no set class time. Instead, they just start you at an unoccupied station and go.

I recently started at 9Round after having not worked out for the majority of Covid and have really loved the workouts and the gym. Living in CDM it's a very short walk from home and the fact that it doesn't have any set class times makes it so much easier to fit a workout in before or after my busy work schedule. Being able to get such a great workout in 30min is awesome and fits my lifestyle perfectly. The boxing portions of the workout is a lot of fun and it keeps everyone super engaged and motived. The gym is brand new, clean, and well organized which is so important. The coaches are also very motivating and fun to work with. They take the time to show you the movements at each station (round) before starting and they make sure that you get a great workout while being safe and using the correct form. This is definitely a gym I'd recommend to my friends and family.
