I've been a Wellsfargo customer for 26 years. I went to this branch today to setup my son with an account. There were no bankers available and I was told I had to setup an appointment and the soonest one would be available was late March a month and a half away. I went across the street and setup an account with Chase. Did it the same day, student checking account and NO FEES or minimum balance required. I am extremely disappointed in Wellsfargo's customer service.

Melanie was super helpful! I needed to order a cashier's check for the first time and she was so nice and willing to go the extra mile in explaining the process and the differences between a cashier's check and a money order. Thanks, Melanie! :)

I've had issues when it came to having a Estate account there...First off, by CA law a estate account must be interest bearing account. If you plan to open an estate account please know that...my first issue was that the lady who opened the account for me didn't open a interest bearing account when I specifically asked for it. Later when I realized it was that type of account, I went to speak to a banker. The banker did clearly told me they are not trained to know Estate requirements. Then I threw it at him that my attorney told me about the CA law and they should know it if they are working with estate account. He didn't know what to do but laugh off the nervousness. He was extremely rude after that. Thankfully I had the issue fixed to the correct account. But a month later, I got a letter in the mail stating the account I have no longer existed and they changed it automatically without my consent or warning. Luckily for me I was at the end of our probate so I was able to just closed the account.. I don't recommend having a estate account with Wells Fargo. And if you need to open one then please know the state laws when it come a Estate/probate.

Online stated this branch didn't take appointments. Patiently stood in a long slow moving line to open an account. Was then told had to have an appointment and even though the banker had no one in there office was told first available was 2 days later .

Very ugly service by Patrick.I’ve been coming this branch for over 8 year time period never had any problem all the staff is excellent but very disappointed with his attitude.I caught him couple time for making wrong transaction and get him correct it.I made complains about this guy. Bank need to take care this guy.

I opened up an account with them about a month ago and have had nothing but great experiences when I go in or even when I need to call in. The staff if extremely helpful and polite. Overall your store has a great team and you should be proud!!! Thank you Wells Fargo team!!! Stay safe and positive

I needed a last minute notary on a Friday evening! I called many other branches and no luck. I called this branch and spoke with Juan. After explaining my situation Juan not only said he would meet with me but said he would be there Saturday if I couldn't make it on a Friday! He was very nice and professional! I can't say enough about him!
