Ive been coming to this laundromat for a while now some of the people are racist and unwelcoming ive try to contact the owners but they dont respond and the washers don’t work will not be coming back

Great location and atmosphere, with plenty of easy parking—very convenient overall. However, the washers need serious attention. There’s visible mold around the door seals, and the detergent and softener compartments are quite dirty. It’s a shame because the place has a lot of potential. With better maintenance, it could truly be a top-notch laundry spot.

Love this place. Almost always machines you need available. It's clean. The parking is easy most of the time, but it can be street only and you have to carry your wash in. Not usually an issue though.

Does not open at 5am. Sat for a half hour waiting and ended up leaving to go elsewhere.

We stayed at the Marriott and used this service to do our laundry. They picked up our laundry from our hotel, washed it, and delivered back to our hotel on the same day… super fast and reasonably priced. $45 (including tip) for a large bag of laundry. Hotel would have charged “per piece”… and would have cost over $300…. Exceptional service. Would highly recommend and use again!

Went to do laundry as our laundry room is out of order. I found it to be very clean with friendly owners. There are seats inside but it's also right next to a small park with 1 table and a pretty. calming fountain right on Orange Ave. This is literally a few steps away from the lounge. The benefit of this is that it's free wifi here! Next door is liquor store with great sandwiches. It's a great location for doing laundry. Some machines take up to 6 loads, plus the normal machines. See you there! ????

Please, I opened the door to the washer because a sock was not cycling around and I thought swiping your card to restart only not recharging me ! The worker was there and I think they could have restarted it for me.We're all concerned about our planet, right?Wrong. For a company that has people emptying their bottles and cardboard, all day long, etc. They do not have a recycling bin. Really?Worker right there said no, we don't recycle.I mean, please.

I was staying at the Omni in San Diego but would travel to Coronado (over the bridge) to jog, and noticed this laundry mat. What a GEM! I assume parking can get tight during the busy season, so plan accordingly. I went early afternoon, during the week, and there was parking nearby, within walking distance, and there were plenty of washers & dryers. I wasn't there to wash a formal suit, but rather shorts, socks, t-shirts, etc. I had no issues with the machines and they're easy to use with a credit card. The rates are more than reasonable considering the HIGH cost of everything now days. I did a full load of clothes, washed and dried in 1 hour 10 minutes. I stayed at the laundry mat, and sat in their comfy lounge, and outside. I met some nice patrons as well. The Laundry Lounge is a great place to relax, and get caught up on your dirty laundry! :)

They want you to pay primarily with card; As others have stated, it will place a hold that can take forever to process. When I tried to find any staff to use cash, I could not find any. This was on Wednesday afternoon when I'd thought it would be less busy.

Staying at a hotel on Coronado, and had a weeks worth of dirty gym clothes and work clothes I didn't want to travel with. Texted the Laundry Lounge's pick up number on a Sunday and they immediately responded. Picked up my laundry within half an hour and had it back at the hotel cleaned and perfectly folded 2 hours later. The laundry was still warm from the dryer when it arrived. Total cost: $40. Incredible service. Wish they were everywhere!
