Love all the accessories!. I was here a few months ago n wanted to buy 2 Facemasks but my husband said the beer virus was dead, why buy more masks , as it turned out, it's coming back n the new variant Omicron is virulent so I'm here to buy masks. The ones I like before were gone but they have this fake crystals mask oh so amazing , it's a layer of crystals over a thick pink satin, if you are tired of the crystals, remove it n the satin layer looks so sweet. I was so exhausted from Macy's shopping, I shopped till I dropped, I had no time to try on shoes! The belts were also studded w crystals, right down my alley. I might have to go back to buy another mask. They tied so tight I could not try it on but at home, I did, here's yours truly wearing my Diamond Zorro mask!! How cool is that. 4 stars for accessories, I have wanted one for 2 years I have it!

Definitely one of my best experiences going to Aldo! Vanessa helped me out when I got in and she was such a blast to be around. I felt like I was shopping with a friend and not with someone who works there. Plus the boots she helped me grab are fabulous too! I will definitely be back soon :)

Today I come here to buy shoes. But I got a bad service from lady with green shirt. She made me felts so bad. When i looked for a shoes, she come and clean all the thing i look while I'm not decided that i want that shoes or not. Felt like she doesn't want me to touch the shoes. I come to buy, not come to ask her give me that.

For a few days, I was not able to reach anyone at this location. The phone would go straight to voicemail, then say that the voicemail box was full, and hang up. I even called South Coast directly, thinking ALDO must have closed, and that google had not updated this information; South Coast said ALDO was open. I called Brea, who picked up within seconds, and they told me South Coast had the shoe I was looking for (inventory check). Drove 45 minutes to South Coast, for them to say "yes we have it", go in the back for a minute, and come back empty handed. I work in shoes at another department store, and asked if another coworker could double-check, since a second pair of eyes can work wonders. The girl said she already checked. Well, I could understand if they were busy, but there was no one else in the store, and the to other workers were talking and standing behind the registers. Drove 45 minutes for nothing. Please answer your phone. So thankful for Hailey at the Brea location though, she was fantastic.

Worst customer service. Went in with my family a couple days ago to get sunglasses for my brother. After browsing for about 10 minutes, he selected a pair he liked and I selected a necklace. I wasn't planning on purchasing anything but I picked the necklace only because there was a red sale sticker on it. When we got to the sales counter, we asked if they provide cases for the sunglasses and we were told they have to be purchased separately. We thought that was absurd, but reluctantly purchased it anyway. Next, I told the cashier that there was a sale sticker on the necklace. She rung it up and told me that it was actually regular price. Apparently, her coworker made a mistake when marking the sale items and it didn't apply to this item. I asked her if she could still honor it and she rudely responded that she couldn't. Fine whatever. Then she proceeded to wrap our items in tissue paper only. We asked for a bag and were told that we had to pay for one. It was only $1 but what upset me about all this is the principle. You would think that being in a posh shopping center they would provide top notch customer service and would provide complimentary cases with sunglasses and free bags. And also honor the sales tags on items I understand mistakes happen but it's not the customer's fault. I mean it's Aldo right? They are pretty high end. the service we received at this Aldo was lackluster to say the least. Shame on you. My family and I will never come to this location again.

There is one price on the price tag, more at the checkout. Sellers do not give paper receipt so that you cannot return the goods. When returning, they change the rules and say that these days they do not accept returns. All the time trying to cheat, be careful if you buy something in this store.
