The hotel is in a great location. The staff/service are wonderful. But the guest room decor is dated, the layout of the suite was strange, and the pillows were absolutely the most uncomfortable we've ever experienced.

First time with tile floors in the rooms. Which were clean. Staff was very helpful

The room was nicely furnished. The view was lovely with trees and pond. Service was pleasant and efficient.
Nearby activities: Orange County Museum of Art. Segerstrom Center of Performance arts. Southcoast plaza mall.
