This store is a HUGE WASTE of time! They only allow 6 items in the dressing room at a time so that’s fine except I took the time to try things on so after I buy them they fit perfect and I don’t have to bring anything back but the dressing room attendant lost (& didn’t care at all this eating extra time on re-finding) the shirt I wanted to buy -while I was trying on other things! Then they couldn’t read the barcode on one of the items and acted like it was my fault especially annoying when it never left the front of the store so don’t be blaming your customers-they were acting like I messed up the barcode- argh! another item had the store description tag just not there outlet tag and I was nice enough to already bring the same item in another size up to the desk so we wouldn’t have that fiasco on another thing but that shouldn’t be my job! And then they forgot to use my promo code before they rang me up (since they were busy making a big deal out of trying to get a barcode for the conditioner that literally came from the rack next to the counter and wasn’t my fault there weren’t more of that item) and I was just so ready to get out of there that I didn’t care anymore which is really bad- makes me want to only go to the City Block store from now on! And makes me want to return everything even tho I loved the shirt I finally found again just because the experience doesn’t bring me joy and I don’t want any items that remind me of that frustrating experience!

They have a good collection of branded clothing with moderate and affordable prices. It's a good place to get gifts and daily essentials

My husband and I received a gift card. Clean store. Very limited on Men's clearance. Employees need to be More out going, friendly, what happened to customer service?

HORRIBLE service, very stuck up and assume you can't afford something based on appearance. Lots of negative energy in there from every employee. I was going to purchase a perfume from there but ended up going to the actual store of the brand, Burberry, and got WAY better service and positive attitude there.

Would give ZERO stars if possible. Worst customer service! We went to return a pair of pants that an employee had failed to mark as final sale (I wouldn't have bought them if that was the case). After dealing with a snappy cashier who had no name tag, we only ended up having another AWFUL employee come up and give us attitude. After dealing with her, we FINALLY got a manager, who didn't even acknowledge us nor fixed the issue. We had to ask for the manager, AGAIN. We were trying to talk to the manager and the same cashier kept trying to argue with us. We asked for her name since her name tag was hidden behind a jacket and she ignored us. Extremely unprofessional. Scott was the only helpful one--also the only one with a visible name tag. Don't even bother going here.I went to submit a formal complaint to Bloomingdales because of how awful this was. We will never go back to any of these stores again!

Definitely a more affordable place to shop especially if you still want high end labels. While entering the store you are greeted with several staff members. On the right there's the makeup and skincare line. The middle section was all womens clothes and dresses. On the far left is their collection of various shoes with various brands. Towards the back is mens clothing. Overall good ahopping experience. I was able to find a few tops from Marc jacobs for work which is a plus. I do like their various dresses but it's harder to find larger sizes.

The customer service at this location is down right awful. It's 11:12am and the store just opened. 3 of the employees I spoke with inquiring if there was a Memorial Day sale and they looked at me like, "how dare I ask!" I felt very uncomfortable and not welcomed what so ever. I would not spend a dime in here. Go to orange instead. This is a sad situation considering i drove from LA to this location. This store needs a meeting on what the culture of customer service means and how it effects the success of a business. You're never going to reach your goals with the help I just received. You just lost my business.

I did not know this place existed. Super excited to have found this place. Great deals! Found me some Michael Kors belts for $9.95. Check out the Clearance section in the back. Lots of good deals. Shoe section to your left as your coming in reasonable prices.

Wow, I never thought Walmart would have better customer service than Bloomingdale's. They have gone down hill since the early 2000's. Even online their customer service sucks. Tried to do an chat with an employee named "Daisy" (I'm sure that's her real name ) and there was never any responses.

This is such a beautiful store. I know it's an outlet, but it has a boutique-y feel. Maybe because of the service. Nydia seemed to be everywhere at once, helping all over. She helped me at the fitting room, then at the register and then even used her own phone to see if another location had the size I wanted in a black dress for a formal wedding. What a star! Gorgeous clothes, good prices and truly helpful salespeople? I'll be back!
